  @BSNLCorporate My internet not in working from last 15 days. I complane many times in BSNL Coustmer care but they do not have answer for my issue other side my 2 gb data was wasted in recent 15 days. You also not reply properly

  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   BSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

  @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

  @BSNLCorporate I ported my number from Airtel to BSNL. The porting was completed on 18 June at 11:56 PM, but as of 19 June 8:19 AM, I am unable to make or receive calls and I am not receiving OTPs either.This is causing serious inconvenience. Please look into the issue.@BSNL_UPE

  Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate
