Complaint lodged in 198 , but no resolution so far. Ur intervention reqd on priority. It's a routine matter that out of 30 days it works only for 10-15 days. Plz see

Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.
