  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @BSNLCorporate your own employee are the main reason of your situation ,they are rude ,not interested in working ,In dehradun we applied for Bsnl FTTH in our society after 2 month of constant following they installed fibre and server in society but it's been 8 months
