Complaint lodged in 198 , but no resolution so far. Ur intervention reqd on priority. It's a routine matter that out of 30 days it works only for 10-15 days. Plz see

If BSNL can finally improve its network coverage and internet speeds,Vi, Jio and Airtel may have a real competitor on their hands.

For the last 10 days, there is no network on my phone at all! It got even worse. I did a 'manual network search' on my phone. Even then, the BSNL tower was completely missing from the list. In today's digital time, a network connection is everything. You tell me. how can a normal person trust BSNL in this situation?
