    @BSNLCorporate My internet not in working from last 15 days. I complane many times in BSNL Coustmer care but they do not have answer for my issue other side my 2 gb data was wasted in recent 15 days. You also not reply properly

    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL bsnl air fiber 0186-2960589 not working for the past 15 days. Complaint lodged in 198 , but no resolution so far. Ur intervention reqd on priority. It's a routine matter that out of 30 days it works only for 10-15 days. Plz see

    ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate i applied new bsnl fiber connection 1 and my neighbour before 2 month ago also we paid required amount but still no operator is coming for connection,when i contacted to the authority many times they gave various so called reasons,no one listen my trouble

    @BSNLCorporate Sir launch 4g all over India,stop validity recharges of rs75, 94and provide 90 Days default service validity on each recharge by default.this will be more beneficial for customer and bsnl.when we do any recharge validity should increase 90 days automatically.thanks

    @BSNLCorporate Why there is no option to downgrade a plan in the self-care portal for BSNL FTTH? A customer support executive is asking me to contact the nearest BSNL office which is not possible in this pandemic. I want to downgrade the plan from Fibre Ultra to Fibre Premium.

    @DoT_India we are not getting 4G service of BSNL in Kolhapur Circle Maharashtra I have make complaint they told me about tender service which I am not satisfied when we get this 4G service? and when they are providing 5G service the internet speed 3G is 2G like coverage issue

    Earlier bsnl connection was pride of every household but now even if few customers are loyal to it but BSNL staffs do not let any stone unturned to spoil it . Hope action will be taken on this issue by the authorities of BSNL @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad
