    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate There is no network in my area on last 4 days and the issue is so frequent. Here most of people using BSNL. Please take action against this we tried reaching out customer care too many times. Location : Kammalapatty, Salem Pin : 636202

    8th Call :- Agent Name :- Umakant. Agent Name :- I have not registered any complaint for that BSNL number.If you do not make a complaint within 7 days, the balance refund will not be available.This is the policy of the company.And customers are not told the company's policies,

    @KammalRathie @BSNLCorporate Reminds me of my visit to BSNL office Bajrakabati road around 2005/6. BSNL was enjoying the peak customer base then, as it had connectivity coverage higher than any other operators. Been downhill since then and competition from private operators.

    Approx. 4-5 BSNL network has been set up in the nearby Gumma area but the 2G network is only working for phone calls. Please solve these problem. You are only hope.
