  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   It's almost two weeks I have raised this concern. No update yet? What is the problem. It's extremely frustrating that bsnl signal remains unavailable when we need it the most (hospital, petrolpump, shopping mall, restaurants or even middleof the road).

  @bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

  did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

  @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!
