ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

@AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I've been using BSNL after porting from Jio for lower price and higher validity, but in Gudur village (Kamalapur, Hanamkonda, Telangana 505102) I barely get 3G/4G—or even 2G. People say coverage is only ~1 km. Is it worth paying for such service?

@TanaysinghT Very inconsistent network for calls. Mobile data is bad. Plans are cheaper. Many users have reported more battery consumption when using BSNL SIM because of network fluctuations.

I personally think BSNL should focus network upgrades, stability and maintenance. Apart from these, they should work on BSNL selfcare app. Like the UI needs complete overhaul. Add the feature of convert to postpaid, eSim online), Hello tunes, Int'l roaming without changing sim.
