  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @TRAI Slow internet, poor network coverage and inadequate plans are already frustrating users. Pvt. players are steadily increasing prices, while BSNL and the GOI appear to be failing users. With TRAI turning a blind eye, are being pushed toward a private duopoly?

  @Saurav_DC @MukAn_X I recently got to know that BSNL has already rolled out 4G in my city long time back, I just had to get my SIM upgraded to use 4G network. Ever since the sim upgrade I'm happy to use BSNL 4G, which is not superfast but decent and consistent. It gets the work done.
