    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL please upgrade network coverage and data connection speed. Most of the places I can get data speed less 50kbps. Due which I ported my sim to other service provider. Don't go for cheaper plans that hardly profits bsnl. Please provide good data speed.

    did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

    @bsnl_care Sir my father’s phone with BSNL number was lost/stolen yesterday, while he is in ICU for a critical surgery. Please block the SIM card. trying to call customer care 1800 180 1503 for last 3 hrs but after asking for my language preference the number is disconnecting.

    Though I bought BSNL sim in west bengal circle some years back, there is no 3G,4G network even bin Kolkata,let 5G be a dream. Why is the situation despite the centre pushing for BSNL net upgrade 😡

    @bsnl_care This docket number is also just a formality, from management to customer care, everything is poor, #BSNL is making profits by looting money from customers, this is just loot in the name of #4G.

    @CGM_WB_BSNL not getting support from Bsnl mullick fathak howrah team. My router has been taken by the service franchisee and not returned. I am also yet to receive my invoice from him for the money paid for new router. The local bsnl team is not taking any action.
