    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe Dear BSNL, I request you to fix the problem as I can't make call to my parent's BSNL number, they say "Beta, jab bijali ati hai to network ata hai aur nhi ati toh nhi ata". Locality is Sahabganj, Dist- Chandauli (UPE).

    @BSNL_CHTD My landline number 04373 232326 along with broad band connection is not working for past 1 month. But I received the montly bill for usage. I already complained to the local bsnl office but they didnt respond properly. e.

    @BSNLCorporate Please help me to understand the issue with BSNL FTTH. After every 5 minutes the internet is not working. All the LED’s are fine in modem. Still facing the issue after every 5-10 minutes. Really very bad service you are providing. Need to move towards Jio Fiber.

    @JioCare U people are testing one's patience. This is shame on u people that I am being made to suffer.This shows the Jio's sliding curve because this kind of irresponsibleness have never been heard of any reputed company. BSNL is much better than urs but u 2 destroyed them.

    @DoT_India Now again #BSNL is showing due amount, After getting a ph number of a person from BSNL office my mother contact that person (via mobile) , he reacted rudely. This is service from #BSNL , paying amount without connection & BSNL's employee reacted rudely. @jagograhakjago

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Worse service from BSNL Karnataka customer service 1503. Dialed so many times they will put the cal hold and then disconnect. Small problem won't be resolved. Bringing the department down
