    @rsprasad @BSNL_JKD @CMDBSNL why am i being harrased and asked for payment receipt of a connection, which is 20 yrs old. Is this a way to treat a consumer who is submitting everything and for a security deposit. I am being harassed day in day out by bokaro bsnl department.

    Helllo Iam from sirsi and iam using bsnl fiber net. My internet is not working since yesterday. Kindly solve the problem. The whole server of karwar is not working.

    Specially the SDE Mr. Kartik Majumder has never shown any willingness to help the customers. Neither he receives calls nor he says anything definitely. Complains have been made agaist him earlier, nothing seems to have happened. Helpless! @BSNLCorporate @CGM_CTD_BSNL @BSNL

    @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate I am facing internet outage for last 4 days ..Registered complaint (1053698280) .. This complaint was assigned to guy who is retired and not working with bsnl. This complaint is marked as resolved without actually fixing my issue. #badcustomerservice

    @BSNLCorporate @_DigitalIndia @DoT_India BSNL SIM has plan but how to check the data usage. BSNL app is not able to show usage and USSD Code is expired. What service the BSNL is providing? There is no proper user interface. Try to use app self first then launch it.

    @BSNLCorporate Worst service provider. Customer care never pickup the call. No one sits in bsnl office to handle complaint. Internet is never working as promised. Only bill comes in time and this time that too with same adjustment amount which is not cleared what is that for.
