    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I was on the BSNL postpaid ₹999 plan and wanted to add 3 family members, but even after many visits to your Rupali Square office, nothing was done. This poor service and zero response forced me to downgrade to the ₹199 plan. This is unacceptable

    @DoT_India Unfortunately BSNL is far away from all this as BSNL is unable to provide uninterrupted network in Maharashtra BSNL is unable to provide Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi BSNL doesn't have Grievance Redressal Mechanism Telecom sector is heavily monopolized This is the REALITY
