@10digiapp Order TD005385903. Your delivery rep, customer rep and also BSNL confirmed that mobile no. informed to us (ending with 770) was assigned in the name of another customer (through 10digi only & whose order was processed after our Kyc). Our SIM ending with 2105 was not activated.

@BSNL_CHTD I have been using bsnl for a long time and I am not even getting 3g network here at porur. Authorities visited and confirmed poor signal strength. They ensured actions will be taken before a year but to no avail!

.. and our calls are responded with some lousy excuse. Pakyong's BSNL exchange has only 1 employee who is almost never available to respond to our calls. We also have made contact with the AGM at Gangtok's head office yet there is not change in attitude of approach to us..

@BSNLCorporate Nashik franchisee works with 0% accountability.The Executives of BSNL are least bothered to attend customer complaints & least helpful. I am waiting for over 96 hr(4days) for a plan change from post paid to prepaid activation. @MIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Help.
