@BSNL_TN Sir, Hru? I use BSNL SIM in 5G mobile. while hotspot or internet is on if I receive / dial voice call then mobile data gets disconnected. the same SIM works fine with old 4G mobile. how to fix this?

@BSNLCorporate Hi Team, I opted for BSNL topping it up with a FTTH premium plan and I get a highly unstable and slow connection. This is not at all enjoying experience. There is no use of a connection that does not work all day like today. Please look into this and instruct relevant parties.

To whomsoever it may concern, I've raised the complaint in bsnl portal on 9th Mar as both my landline and broadband were completely out of order. But no one have turned up yet to look into this and I've received message saying your complaint is resolved.@BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate
