    Earlier too this area faced a problem -people not provided landline connection because it is "border area".This is not international border,not even city outskirts,but somehow BSNL staff have convenient excuse of "border" to wash their hands off.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL, i am having BSNL FTTH connection. The Network is disconnecting from last couple of days,i tried to reach customer support but the call is not getting connected. Please respond ASAP on priority.

    @BSNLCorporate since 16 september, my internet is not working, BSNL only prompts to remind customer to pay the bill on time, but it doesnt take any action on customer grievances

    @DoT_India I am trying to Port my BSNL numbr but I am unable to send message to 1900 for UPC. Does @BSNLCorporate does not allow users to switch from their network irrespective of their poor service? @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate WHEN? Just got another warning: Dear BSNL Customer, Bill of Rs. 2353/- for A/c 1019163296 Tel No 02026854063 was due by 21-OCT-21. Pay to avoid disconnection.

    @nagellatrinath @HiHyderabad BSNL has ******** employees.... Asked me 2 pay Rs.120 for getting ported to BSNL, I said thanks & happily staying with Vodafone. Asked me 6K (without Bill) for installing Broadband. I again said bye & approached a Pvt ntwrk. PS: Raised complaint many times, none cares!!

    The whole thing is so farcicial and reminescent of 1970s congi era license raj. Even the JE Yelahanka admits some areas as "border" so there is doubt. To the customer it looks like BSNL is washing its hands off giving excusing that it is "border area".

    @PMOIndia Sir I Am Vishnu Bhat P Kodapadavu Bantwal Tq Karnataka Dakshina Kannada From 20 days we are not getting Mobile network. For cashless transaction I need BSNL network. I contacted GM's office 08242444000 but they showed arrogance towards me. Please help me
