I recharge my BSNL No 9413452705 for talktime and even I recharged the net pack in bsnl for support the company but neither I get talktime nor internet. I talk to customer care but they are so irresponsible she cut the phone without listening the complete problem @BSNLCorporate

@cgm_mh_bsnl please help with bsnl fibrenet in old goa. I am an IIT professor and classes are commencing soon. The local in-charge is dragging the issue. Fibrenet is available in my apartment complex but just not my block.

After last months complaints finally cable has been changed. But again landline phone is dead. Bhuj BSNL office staff says why still need landline?? Get it changed to fibre cable connection or mobile ?? And he gave me a form too !! Pls. Solve the problem asap.
