    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Thanks to BSNL for prompt response, my number is 06345221001, I update all details earlier also, Bsnl office demand 4500 rs for start the landline, I am not able to understand why they charging additional for my old connection. The issue from Feb 22

    @bsnl_care If issue is under review then why docket is closed. Since docket was closed I am see my compain in BSNL APP. kindly reopen the same docket no complaint and don't close till you get resolution

    @smiloskis @HQuarterma43504 ISRO is in b2b not b2c so how you know how good their service is. B2c service like bsnl, air india are already sold.

    I am meticulously reporting the fault online and bsnl is closing my complaint without atttending on the fault. My telephone is not working. My last complaint number is 115759397 and phone number 080-29742729. As a senior citizen, seek your help @JM_Scindia @bsnl_bangalore

    @GMTMemeMacvt The same issues of bad network connection since Jio launch his recharge plan and airtel network eventually bad as hell and can't hear the other side people in both provided SIM, could have not imagine VI or BSNL.

    Looks not much PIL to File, No more ADANI story to break go ahead move put of AIRTEL embrace your enemy no.2 AMBANI's JIO , by the way a recent study shows AIRTEL &,JIO are the service providers with wider & better coverage or else Embrace Modi BSNL please let us know

    @saysatheesh Typical DMK response!! Whoever is ruling - State or Centre, Govt can never be good in any business management. Take UPA era (even DMK was a partner). How many PSUs lost & closed? HMT, HAL, ITI BSNL - all of them failed when they were exposed to competition from private sector. TASMAC in TN is another example for bad customer service. Air India is another example. Privatising airports maintenance (you are not selling it) & collecting taxes is the best option. BLR, HYD also suffered initially because of AAI (not BJP time!). Later, they were privatised - by UPA... Now you see the difference...
