    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

    @JioCare @BSNL_KTK its shame on #BSNL I am facing network problem but bsnl is not responding but jio did even though thy can't help. I want to thank jio because I have 2sims jio & bsnl I have no problems with jio.

    @BSNLCorporate I registered a complaint 16146899122 for BSNL Fiber modem since the last 5 days. I tried calling many people to get my issue resolved but without any assistance from them. Please help me escalate the complaint no. And very disappointed with the customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my bsnl number to vi network but the local vi gallery is saying porting is only possible if we subscribe to postpaid plan and there is no prepaid porting option??? Is this true ?
