  @CMDBSNL BSNL speed and service is bad. Very soon we plan to shift to Jio home broadband services. Charges are also exhorbitant when compared to private operators. We face many issues.

  I did a recharge of ₹197 in my BSNL sim on 25 September 2021, about which the customer care officer of BSNL told me that I will get free unlimited calls and 2 GB internet data per day and 100 SMS for 150 days but after recharging I found that it is only for 18 days not 150.

  Its sad that parcels booked through @IndiaPostOffice are getting cut in transit and items getting stolen. Despite following at multiple levels, no action, not even acknowledgement of the issue. wont be surprised if IndiaPost die BSNL death in some time @pib_comm @AshwiniVaishnaw

  Almost 10Rs are being deducted daily from my balance. This is surely the worst telecom brand to use.The BSNL store is clueless about the after sales service. Now I know how this company is still surviving. Making millions from customers balance. @AskAnshul
