  @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

  @TRAI Awareness about non availability of network and Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi by BSNL should be there so that the customers don't feel cheated This is very essential so that customer should buy another sim from other service providers or may not buy BSNL

  I have been a BSNL customer, a loyal customer, for more than 15 years since Apr 2011 when I came back to India. Same number, same network. I have stuck to BSNL. It has really improved tremendously. @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

  Prices are extremely low lmao. What we really need are MNVOs and the complete shuttering of BSNL. Convert BSNL into a service bureau for military and civil law enforcement. There's absolutely no reason why we need a govt funded corporation.

  @Ajaykumaarji How about data network speed. I was having BSNL SIM for over 10 years but switched over to another service provider about 6 years ago as data network was pretty bad. Could not book Cabs at Airports ! Otherwise calls were good in BSNL
