  @nsitharaman @pmo @cbic_india please listen to the recent address by Shri Ashwini to BSNL employees. A straight clear message towards performance. Our dear lady minister should issue such guidelines to CBIC as lot of issues pending and building up with income tax and customs.

  @BSNLCorporate But this issue crops up every week. In an era where customer satisfaction is the sole focus, BSNL has been focussing on how to irk its customers. Later blame government that they aren't supporting them. This one reason has been instrumental in fall of many corporates.
