    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNL_KOTD Switching to BSNL was the worst mistake. In terms of availability of network , we have our network down since 3 days. Logged a service ticket and also the team responsible for maintenance , only to get a response that "work is going on at a different site, we will chk tomorrow"

    @myogioffice @myogiadityanath @BSNL_UP_West Hello Sir BSNL network is down from 5 days . no one is hearing this problem. The people tried too much to call and comlain for this . but no solution in Kalyanpur Kanpur Uttar Pradesh - Nankari Area. I request to Solve This Problem.

    Got new BSNL FTTH 16th Jan'21. Worked fine for one day. On 18th fluctuating connection and today the network is completely down as the cable is cut on both ends. No proper backup connectivity? #KarkalaBSNL @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @rsprasad @PMOIndia applied for bsnl broadband almost 1 month back.. 9000532081 is the request Id.. called customer care numerous times but still installation is not done.. I wonder what it will take for bsnl to be as competitive as pvt ISPs.. may be a hard task master

    @BSNLCorporate Every call is redialled 9 times in Latur Maharashtra,is this standard of BSNL services? What ideals are u setting by this? Why shouldn't I support NaMo to shut down BSNL?#BSNL is worst.

    The bsnl landline at my place is not working since last 1.5 years. Now when i went to disconnect the line they said the system is not working. Visited the office 5 times. @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad
