I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@TelecomTalk In Kerala: BSNL 2G is decent. VoLTE is Unreliable – no missed call alerts, incoming/outgoing call problems common. 4G internet: 700 & 2100 MHz excellent, but 2500 MHz band gives zero or pathetic internet speed

@TelecomTalk BSNL showing full signal but calls not connecting in Lucknow. Jio SIM on the same phone working flawlessly. Network bars clearly don’t tell the whole story.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @JM_Scindia MTNL signals are Pathetic in Mumbai. Went to Vashi MTNL office for porting to BSNL-4G. The poor employees are struggling to send and receive SMS even for recharge and porting. Telecom dept and TRAI are in the payrolls of govt or private telecoms?

@Jeetuburdak Private telecom companies gained popularity over MTNL and BSNL largely due to the latter’s inefficiency and poor service standards. If they now begin to follow the same path, it would certainly be a matter of concern.

@talk2anuradha @JM_Scindia Go to BSNL, and you will regret it for your life. Now , it is not offering price advantage too. Service is horrible. You may have 2 GB daily data but will not able to use even few MBs.
