@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@BaluGorade Accountability. BSNL outsourced a lot of work for private contractors. Local cable TV operator took contract. When no jio and airtel were available I was forced to go to them. I paid 4500 without any receipt for installation alone. My complaint on local BSNL office was useless.

@BaluGorade I was using bsnl broadband for nearly all my life till 2 years back. They have frequent network outage and response is pathetic. When I went to cancel it, I had to run from office to office in a building where people just relaxing. I had to get signatures from 4 office.

@BaluGorade Dont use bsnl if u want hassle free network. Why not bsnl- - poor network - Poor internet speed - even in full network zone, u can be out of reach suddenly - dont even try calling while traveling

@BaluGorade 1. No network for 2 whole day 2. Calls don't connect like ever My father has a BSNL number for the last 20 years. He was forced to take out a jio sim too because of this
