  I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

  @BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

  @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

  @immohitchauhan2 Dear Customer, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM.   @bsnl_care Your bsnl Adampur (Jalandhar) staff called me , lady asked she is Bsnl Adampur JTO, I asked her name to verify identify if the calls is really from BSNL Adampur and she denied telling her name. Is this the definition of "diligent working" ? How can I expect them to resolve issues
