@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

But as I said my village is too much rural that's why their is no company who will install a broadband connection in my area! Also BSNL company said no to me! Mobile internet speed fully bad and i am unable to send a single pic and internet always unstable.

But for the same landline number , I am able to make calls from other service providers such as Jio, airtel, etc. I was wondering why such a Big network provider BSNL has this issue. Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible since it's affecting my official work.

@GargiRawat @airtelindia Airtel is a disaster, I get 10 recharge messages and 3 auto calls a day even there are more than 15 days to recharge. I've activated DND service but still no use. Trying to call customer care but only auto replies. Want to change BSNL, but that will be from pan to fire.
