    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    When I got access to computers, I was solving problems for myself. We had a BSNL broadband connection. Which gave unlimited 4MBPS downloads from 2am to 8am. OG torrents era.

    @bsnl_care I don't send any private msg I can be sent in publically 20+years of customer from odisha , jajpur, without informing , without postal you their land line for7/8years ...who gave you this permission I have no due also #BSNL have to pay me ..can pay with intrest??no ans .,
