  @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

  I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.   Hello, Big Mouth Broadband Operator @reliancejio For a company that talks so loudly about its network, this is an embarrassing level of service. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?

  @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate No response received in DM either. My BSNL Wings request has already been cancelled due to non-approval. I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.

  @saynotoloans @TRAI @AxisBank These buffoons (esp BSNL) doesn't give a sht to most of the complaints 🤦🏻 I get unsolicited sms and calls from the fin institutes where I don't have any accounts. When I complain the same, they close them tagging "service call" 😤
