@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@PMOIndia My father had referred the web portal to check bsnl call center number to check the recharge benefits, By that person, he had been cheated with ~30,000 INR Complaint registered to Bank, Police stn, Cyber cell, Online portal of cyber cell. No help recd so far. 22711210183684

BSNL team completely failed to help me out with the issue. Pathetic experience and waste of valuable time in requesting them to repair the line. Local authority have no command on the vendor and we customerservice are facing all the trouble @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @DoT

Had visited a local bsnl office @porur but they are asking me to go to odisha to address this issue. Its not possible to travel anymore to odisha. Let me know if there is any other way to retain the same number from bsnl?
