@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

@BSNLCorporate Took Bsnl Bharat Fiber Broadband 07541299034 couple of months back. Facing a lot of connection issues. Net remains down for hours. Raised multiple complaints 1056355289, 1056364408, 1056345082. Please help to make the connection work and stabilize it.

@BSNLCorporate When we got sevice or sloving any issue on-line. But I see when I call in BSNL they said visit BSNL office. Charges is much more than other like Airtel , and Jio . No need to move anyone in office during this covid -19 situation.

@tambi_ji @BSNLCorporate I think u should try to recharge with 147 rs then try to send the port message, i have done the same and finally received the UPC code, bsnl looted me like no other else, i spend almost 1000 rs in 3 months without make or receive any single call, pathetic service😒😒

@BSNL_RJ Gajjab zabardasti he tum logo ki..from past few days i m frequently trying for upc code but no response.. Customer care pe badtameezi se baat karte ho bas or bsnl office jao to koi satisfaction wala jawab nahi..i want to quit bsnl and i will you cant force me to stop. #trai #BSNL

@ndtv IMHO Best way forward is to make a 4g spectrum and infra share with bsnl and idea in lieu of agr wave off...company has enough revenue generation to make profit..only problem is agr dues #VodafoneIdea
