    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @AMR1T1 This is an incurable disease. One of my friend said BJP killed BSNL just to promote jio. I countered him with "atleast we are not paying 300rs for 1gb of data".Then the debate went on for 2 hours and retard kept shifting the goal posts to adani, ambani ,sati ,hindutva.

    @theamitkpaul Without going into what you said, the origin of the discussion was the space sector. That is what I commented on to begin with. I stand by what I said about Space sector start ups doing good work. Likewise, service standards, costs, and technology in telecom has improved leaps and bounds. I do not mourn the demise of MTNL and BSNL at all. I see no reason to do so, other than ideological nostalgia. The other thing you said about the chaebols is a discussion by itself. But the bogey of Adani cannot be used as a veto to perpetuate public sector inefficiencies which didn't cause growth or innovation, but were somehow acceptable because a govt servant making unaccounted money didn't seem as bad. It's a long discussion. And I'm out for now.
