    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

    It’s been 36 hrsn the phone network in Distt Chamba (HP) has still not been restored. It is disappointing that Jio, Airtel n BSNL hv failed to restore connectivity. I urge @Airtel_Presence @JioCare to take immediate action and restore the services at the earliest #himachalpradesh

    **The internet is not working as of now** This is from Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi and when I put the sim of BSNL in other phones they didn't latch on to the 40439, mainly due to the new PLMN ID which the BSNL is using, so not really sure if it will work on older phones..

    Mobile internet and wifi service crash across Kashmir. Airtel & BSNL completely dead. Jio internet services operational at 2G speed, calling services unavailable.

    @syedhaenz All transmission towers and Fiber optic cables of BSNL,Airtel wiped out in Jammu and Udhampur rains and only Jio working at 2 G Speed and therefore complete outage in Koshur.

    @gotam_ritish @GulistanNewsTV Intra-Circle Roaming lets your phone switch to another operator's network (Airtel, Jio, BSNL, Vi) in J&K if yours is unavailable, active till Sept 2. It often connects automatically. For manual: - Go to Settings > Network/Mobile Data > Network Operators > Search and select an available one. Enable data roaming in settings. No extra fees. If not working, contact your provider.

Actually our state owned company is making opportunities for others, howmuch the beloved customers keep their Patients and they are forced to port . Our area Nambooripotty- Nellikuth

    @JM_Scindia @DoT_India @JM_Scindia Sir, telecom operators are not implementing ICR properly. My mother’s BSNL has had no network since yesterday, and it’s almost impossible to connect through other networks. Even when it latches, calls and internet do not work. This is causing severe difficulty.
