    they have no solution,for fast internet true 4G required and bsnl donot have 4G while the other operators are working on 5G

    @TRAI How can you give liscence to idea type companies.ideas 4G volte is worstest than bsnl.3G...recharges are coatlier and services are damn poor.What are you supervising only revenue,but not taking care of public hard earned money

    @BSNLCorporate since last 10-15 days, my all 4 BSNL numbers are not functioning. I have called the customer care for this issue, they told that it will be resolved within 72 hours. But till now the issue hasn't been solved.

    @DoT_India I want to port my sim from BSNL. I can't tolerate that behaviour,they don't feedback customers not even know about problem and close there complaint without any action. If possible please provide UPC code
