    @BSNLCorporate One madam calling from local bsnl office is less concerned to resolve issue and more to why complain is lodged at Twitter. Since more then a year the line works for couple of days in a month. 1st we trace it dead, then complain, then bill waiver request AND repeat again.

    @BsnlUnionMh @PMOIndia @DoT_India I have been a customer of BSNL for a longtime. Red tepism failed the corporation. A company cant be run like a department of Govt. There is a cut throat competition in market, times changed but BSNL did not.

    @BSNLCorporate is there any missed call alert service in bsnl? All other carriers give MCA with their base plans for free. I don't see it in bsnl. Why is that?

    @BSNL_AS Sir actually I again say you that I go only BSNL Office and meet your BSNL officer. Not any vendor. He says me the total approx cost is ₹15000/-. Please say me that who provide me cable cost. He says BSNL not provide fiber cable. Customer buy cable from vendor. Is it correct.

    @BSNLCorporate Ok on daily average we are getting 4-5 hours network only, how can we depend on BSNL

    BSNL internet down from Friday afternoon in Vaduthala area Kochi. After many calls they start working. By evening they close shop and go away for utis weekend. One full area at the mercy of BSNL. Still not sorted out. Disastrous. Time for enmasse changeover to others #BSNL

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate last three days tried many ways to resolve the faulty broadband. But nothing happened. Every time grievance is closed without resolving. No reply for emails also. No one visited from BSNL or called to sort the issue. They said they do not have personal.
