    @TRAI How can you give liscence to idea type companies.ideas 4G volte is worstest than bsnl.3G...recharges are coatlier and services are damn poor.What are you supervising only revenue,but not taking care of public hard earned money

    @Idea worst network total fake 4G,airtel is best..idea 4g and bsnl.3g is same...perhaps bsnl.3g is better than idwa so called fake 4G VoLTE

    they have no solution,for fast internet true 4G required and bsnl donot have 4G while the other operators are working on 5G

    @kushalbhagia When Jio was aggressive acquiring subscribers in 2015-16 it was expanding at the cost of state run bsnl/mtnl and other private players. Was feeling very bad as bsnl/mtnl were slowly dying. But Jio has been the saviour at the time of COVID and related lockdown/wfh with cheap data.

    @BSNL_BR Why to switch bsnl, your promises are false, your unlimited free call promises with friends bre broadband are false, it never works. Feeling shame to be a bsnl customer. Your complaint cell is lethargic.

    I have a BSNL Broadband plan with ph no 08384-295513.I want to downgrade my Broadband plan to 100GB CUL or any other lower plans. The downgrade option is not available in self care . Please help
