A smartphone of one of my relatives was stolen today and they have a #BSNL sim. Been trying for so long to block the Sim by calling customer care but the service is so pathetic no one is picking up and a useless record keeps on playing again and again dial 1, 2, 3...we didn't get your request!! @BSNLCorporate We are BSNL customers bcz we are Indian. It seems BSNL is not a PSU & not working with the spirit of nationality. Always it's network is fluctuating & not able to send or receive SMS also. Upgrade your technical skill, equipment and don't work as an outsiders.
