    @BSNL_HR Sir but why not resolved my problem and as per citizen charter how many days resolved my problem. I pay to Bsnl every month 1100 rupees without services. Before one month the connection was comfortable running how.

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL landline broadband but speed is very slow around 3 mbps. I was calling customer care to change the plan to 120GB_CUL with 20 mbps till 120 GB but nobody is picking the call on customer care. Please help expedite this. I’m in IT and not able to work.

    Extremely dissatisfied with the connectivity problem of @BSNLCorporate @BSNLMH_Nagpur @haryanabsnl at Gurgaon. There's no one to monitor the connectivity problem. Sheer wastage of public money to bailout BSNL. Request @rsprasad @DoT_India @TRAI to direct BSNL to improve service.

    @BSNLCorporate today I called to customer care to get clarification of my BSNL ftth broad band bill, no-033-22412122, but unfortunately the executive unable to solve the issue and mentioned that the number is not in there system, surprised … need immediate solution

    @TsspdclCorporat block out in the old city area...no resolution even after raising complaints....impacted areas chatrinaka, uppuguda, whenever there is festival season suddenly these blackouts start I don't know why. Ur support personnel phone number never works BSNL!
