    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI kindly look into this case, bsnl network service is going to worst condition day after day. I was complained many time for the same issue but not any appropriat action taken by @BSNLCorporate . My 2499 rs pack is totally useless for me because everyday day network issue

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia sir bsnl exchange is down since 4 days at nai bazar gorakhpur due to electricity is available at exchange but neither his line man nor any its officer taking action while electricity available also bsnl not running generator sir please intervene .

    Pathetic ntwrk by @BSNLCorporate while in travel. All service providers provide 4G service while on move and bsnl have even no ntwrk!! Travelled to & fro from Gangtok-Siliguri(120KM), Gorakhpur-Sonauli(120km), Gorakhpur-Thuthibari(100KM), Gorakhpur-Kakrahwa(120KM). NO NETWORK!!!

    @rsprasad Please do something to activate Sahara State Gorakhpur Telephone Exchange dead from last 12 days -no action observed from BSNL to activate inspite of complaint lodged on 23rd & 25th May and our Mobile Phone Broadbands are dead though we r paying charges also

    @BSNLCorporate Yesterday, I was totally surprised that I got a call from BSNL and he was asking my problem and give insurance that I will fix all the things. Today,I am normal bcz BSNL will never change, 1. Employee said, company not providing convenience, so I am sorry 2.they fight together..

    @BSNLCorporate 2.they fight together On confrence call with customer. 3. After fighting, they are deciding to talk with boss. And boss said, leave the customer & Problems on Road (invite by the bsnl emp. For problem solving ) and Go there where i told you first....

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI My number is 9415683380 And I was recharge with 198 rs. Before 4- 5 days . After 2 days of recharge service going to worst and today it's completely off even network is also poor. Not a single line of bsnl network appears on my phone.

    @Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

    @BSNL_HR They told me, you are gating this amount after few month. But due to my transfer I never visited to bsnl office. My only concern is that if I disconnect my land line. Then why system call me and msg me. And when I asked for higher authority mail. They miss guided.

    @bsnlupe 05512231039 with broadband is out of order since 20th May complaint lodged on 23 & 25 is still not attended-Sahara State Gorakhpur exchange is not working but no action from BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate hello bsnl internet is not working in my 3 devices 1. My redmi mobile 2.dlink dwr920 modem 3. Huawdi usb modem And the main thing bsnl tower is only 500mtr from my location it's too bad for bsnl

    @cgmbsnlupe Broad band scheme wrt per day use is creating negative for bsnl.cable cut days coupled with technical glitch is not being compensated to user by allowing extra use on OK days .customer shall switch enmass to jio whenever.

    @DoT_India Sahara States Gorakhpur telephone exchange is out of order since 20th May complaint lodged on 23 & 25 for 05512231039 but no action was initiated by BSNL so landline mobile broadband all are not working since 20th

    @Airtel_Presence where do you show number of active complaints and questions?? Seen much in your ads. Also your thanks app has nothing where we could lodge a complaint ot if present it is not easy to find. I am getting better speeds than your 4G on my BSNL 3G on other slot (1/2)

    @vinaydutthp Sir, this area falls in shadow Zone and it is also hilly due to which signal gets fluctuating some times. A 4G site has been already been proposed in this area and same will be installed after launch of BSNL 4G on PAN India basis and as per the availability of equipment. Regards

    @MJ_007Club Government thinks it can use taxpayer money in whichever manner it feels like. No sane person will advocate continuance of BSNL. Either sell it or shut it down!
