After 2 days of recharge service going to worst and today it's completely off even network is also poor. Not a single line of bsnl network appears on my phone.

Travelled to & fro from Gangtok-Siliguri(120KM), Gorakhpur-Sonauli(120km), Gorakhpur-Thuthibari(100KM), Gorakhpur-Kakrahwa(120KM). NO NETWORK!!!

Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

Today,I am normal bcz BSNL will never change, 1. Employee said, company not providing convenience, so I am sorry 2.they fight together..
