I was complained many time for the same issue but not any appropriat action taken by @BSNLCorporate . My 2499 rs pack is totally useless for me because everyday day network issue

After 2 days of recharge service going to worst and today it's completely off even network is also poor. Not a single line of bsnl network appears on my phone.

Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

Today, 28th APR still noone from Airtel came to his home for connection. This is happening in Hyderabad. Customer care don't care and only focus on sales.
