    @BSNLCorporate Lost a bsnl number .. need to block the sim card. The customer care executive says that after 4 hours any senior officier from BSNL will call back and then they will decide what to do ... What a tremendous customer care services ... You Need to upgrade more

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , Currently i am using Fiber basic plus plan and I want to downgrade to HOME WiFi/Fiber basic plan. I can't visit service centre currently for it. So I want you to help me by downgrading my BSNL FTTH Plan. @BSNL_TN

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir continuing calling all the bsnl customer no resolution given nor the DGM of bls able to look after the issue post repeated request also. Sir if your team can look into this would be helpful for me and others as well .
