@BSNL_AS @DoT_India @rsprasad why is bsnl ftth having high ping in Assam and NE? Avg ping for users in Assam is 70 to 90 ms. That's poor for fibre. Should be around 20 to 30ms. Or 50 at max. Is this another step brother treatment? Meghalaya is worse at over 100ms.

@BSNL_UPW there is absolute no network reception in sector 5, Vasundhara for the past 3months. In such case I can't even log into cowin portal since getting an otp is almost impossible. I have already registered a complaint (BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-14739). Please help @GoI_MeitY @TRAI.
