    @Jitu06813311 @BSNLCorporate Bro, no BSNL 4G till pan india 5G by pvt operators. Jio/Airtel will provide cheap 5G mobiles to customers with only one sim to support 5G. Most of the customers will shift to 5g. And Govt wants BSNL to be competitive with 4G. Still 4G technology is not ready.

    Respected Sir, Both network connections (RCIL and BSNL) were affected due to multiple OFC cuts — RCIL (DSO–PAE, KAI–PMY, FL–AII, RE–NANGAL or PLCJ issues) and BSNL (JP–NDLS via Alwar & Rewari). As a result, the system was functioning slowly. However, the issue has now been resolved, and the system is working properly. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. Thank you for your understanding.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 According to me, you should have changed all network name BSNL Moblie for 2G, 3G, 4G instead of CellOne. And for BSNL 5G, use BSNL UltraWave.

    @nimitgoel007 Thanks. I know that. But managing infra is not a problem. Where you have no control is devices. As soon as you cause that update, those 4G feature phones that BSNL is planning to sell will loose service, and other customers who do not have 5G devices.

    @JioCare It is more than 3 days since we had lodged a complaint - SR00002FB35P. No action yet. Got a message that Serv Engr will attend on 15.06.25. 6 days for attending to a breakdown? Don't you think BSNL is better? Shame on you Jio 😡
