@TelecomTalk @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate BEST SERVICE PROVIDER IN REMOTEST AREAS. WHERE ALL PRIVATE OPERATORS WANT PROFIT, BSNL IS OPERATING WITH LIMITED RESOURCES. WITHOUT 4G, ITS 3G IS STILL GIVING STIFF COMPETITION TO THE PRIVATE ISPs. FTTH/AIRFIBER REACHED THE RURAL AREAS.

AMIT SINGH (@AMIT_KHOHWAL) reported from Tinsukia, Assam

@Jitu06813311 @BSNLCorporate Bro, no BSNL 4G till pan india 5G by pvt operators. Jio/Airtel will provide cheap 5G mobiles to customers with only one sim to support 5G. Most of the customers will shift to 5g. And Govt wants BSNL to be competitive with 4G. Still 4G technology is not ready.

3/ practices being employed by a dealer on behalf of BSNL will further degrade the customer experience which is already in question.

  • AMIT_KHOHWAL
AMIT SINGH (@AMIT_KHOHWAL) reported from Tinsukia, Assam

@RaajKumarAnand1 Because still DOT absorbed employees are there in BSNL top management. Those are ITS, respect for them, but they are not business oriented. Their policies are best for social welfare, but not profit oriented. Only focus is to achive targets but not service improvements.

  • viktorbourne
Viktor Bourne (@viktorbourne) reported from Tinsukia, Assam

2/ local BSNL office said that they dont have any say in the charges being asked by the said dealer. My bad luck is no other telecom player has fibre connectivity here & same is being used by the dealer to ask the charges according to him whims & fancies. In current scenario such

  • dm0000000000001
    Dinesh Mishra (@dm0000000000001) reported

Loyalty has a price, and I've paid it for years as a BSNL user. Unfortunately, persistent network failures have forced me to rely on private players like Airtel, where I am now subjected to arbitrary pricing and predatory service tactics.

  • vega_yaa
    sco2084 (@vega_yaa) reported

@Indian_Analyzer Bharati share price will collapse eventually, large customer base will move to BSNL.

  • dm0000000000001
    Dinesh Mishra (@dm0000000000001) reported

If BSNL had prioritized service quality, private monopolies would have been obsolete by now. It is a national misfortune that our public infrastructure is allowed to crumble, leaving citizens at the mercy of profit-hungry giants. When will accountability take center stage?

  • alekhpatel96
    RJ Alekh (@alekhpatel96) reported

@JioCare @reliancejio Look, even if your 5G isn't stable..and honestly, your 5G network doesn't work properly in any village anyway..at least provide decent 4G! Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL are much better than you in this regard.

  • hemant_twt
    Hemant Shivalkar (@hemant_twt) reported

@BSNLCorporate Give me free BSNL service for 1 month first then I will decide to switch or not.

  • prakashcshekar
    Prakash (@prakashcshekar) reported

@iAsura_ The idea of the PSU being the facilitator and infrastructure provider is a good one. It's time tested. For an example of full service PSUs, railways and bsnl are there, not exactly shining comparisons. ISRO transitioning to become an NHAI type org is a good one.

  • RantsByBinod
    Rants By Binod (@RantsByBinod) reported

@IndianTechGuide Never give your hard earned money to these tricksters. They are arrogant and money hungry. A few weeks back airtel indirectly told prepaid users on their faces THEY ARE NOT PRIORITY 😠 Show a little love towards Vi and BSNL if possible.

  • darklordkk
    Karthik Kumar (@darklordkk) reported

@TheRocketMediaX Playing devil's advocate - Even if this fire incident hadn't happened, the rosy picture you're painting wasn't a certainty. This being a govt unit would have suffered the same lethargy that PSUs did till early 2000s and would have probably been a cash dump like BSNL.
