    @MrsGandhi Ma'am I love in Delhi and BSNL is almost useless. I tried using their services long back. I even used private internet service provide those all were failed to provided break free internet services. It's only @airtelindia which is so quick and provide break free internet srvc

    @IndiaPostOffice Yes. Thank you. Please ask Andaman & Nicobar Post office to start the practice if updating status. Nowadays Airtel or BSNL has network everywhere.

    @MrsGandhi BSNL is really bad in service. So if Airtel can use the wasted infra and provide better service y not give them.

    @BSNLCorporate But when can I expect a resolution ? outgoing is expiring tomorrow of this bsnl number for which recharge was done , mobikwik says it wants written confirmation from bsnl then no such recharge has been done. Can you provide written confirmation? Also can you escalate the case ?

    A new two-factor authentication has been introduced on BSNL self care web portal. But the OTP is NEVER delivered on my registered mobile number. So, I can't login now. It was working so will earlier. Can you please address the issue plz @BSNLCorporate

    @MrsGandhi BSNL is yet to provide 4G service... Govt has taken cut money from fishy transactions made with 5G service provider to destroy BSNL.

    @nsitharamanoffc @nsitharaman Terrible. Since 2013 Modi Govt failed to launch 4G for BSNL on pan India basis. Now it is end of 2022. This is called Sabka Sath Jio Ka Bikash. #bsnl4g #Bsnl @nsitharaman
