    @BSNL_KTK @FtthBsnl it has been really a pathetic and nightmare service in Nittur (pin:577452) by both bsnl 2g network and ftth service company (infinity technologies Sagar). Electricity goes off and network/ftth gone. 100+ wfh employees and 5k+ telephone users affected.

    @BSNLCorporate , getting this message "Dear customer, your present plan is closed. Kindly choose any active postpaid plan by 31.01.2022, otherwise BSNL will migrate you to next active plan on 01.02.2022." Where to choose active plan?

    @BasakArnab @amitabhk87 @narendramodi Exactly. Need based service Sectors needs Govt holding. Reviving BSNL is difficult but must be look at with top priority. Now Govt. got 35% stake in VI. Let's see what future holds for BSNL 🤞

    @BSNLCorporate strange up gradation.I have recd a msg that my erstwhile postpaid 225 plan wl upgrade to 399 if i don't go to bsnl office. It is bsnl which is changing plan not me.Thr is no option for sms based choosing of option or portal based option Is this customer service.
