Why is the government trying to running BSNL into the ground? Their customer service agents pick up the phone & put it on mute, or they pick it up but do not speak. When we personally visit the exchange, they staff are unavailable, and allegedly in training. @PMOIndia @CMDBSNL

@cgm_mh_bsnl Dear Team I was BSNL postpaid customer with 9420805500 for long time. But Bad network at my place so ported to another network 5 months ago. Still deposit RS 500 is not yet refunded. Frequently visited the nearest bsnl office still not refunded.

@BSNLCorporate @MoHFW_INDIA Instead of fighting cancer, BSNL should fight it's incapacity, must focus on core activities. My fiber net is not working for last ten days. 01202690090 is my phone number. I think I must surrender the connection.
