@BSNLCorporate 🙏 Thanks for responding. Today I have visited #BSNL office to update the sim. They have charged @ minimum amount but not issued a receipt. So, sir if #BSNL office issue a receipt it will be easy to understand the reason.

@BSNL_RJ #rajasthan Last more than two month my BSNL land line not working and now ब्रॉडबैंड also not working lot of complain book but no action been taken seems no responsibility in department. Its show how bsnl support other network provider.
