    @rsprasad sir we have lots of issue with the BSNL bill within the pandemic CVOID 19 lockdown BSNL generate the bill and there is no concession how we pay even though no speed Max speed is 250kbps it request you do something 🙏 @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_OR I am to bring to your kind notice that even though there is BSNL 3g network functional at MATHILI headquarter , Dist- Malkangiri, odisha, since long , but the service remains off frequently...even for weeks at times ,why no one cares, despite numerous complaints...

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL sim which was not able to receive incoming calls and customer care suggested that I should recharge the number with value greater than 75 but still it's not working .

    @Tejasvi_Surya Unemployment problem needs to be urgently addressed. BSNL type VRS scheme can be launched in all govt department and youngsters be provided employment. Fresher's need to be paid only one third of employee at verge of retirement.

    My experience with BSNL customer care: I called them as all BSNL cards we have at home were facing service outage for more than 24 hrs (2nd incident in 15 days). On hearing my case, he didn't register a complaint for the same, rather he advised me to try some *jugaad*

    @rammadhav_rss Sir BSNL type VRS scheme is badly needed in all govt department to solve present employment problem as well as govt expenditure as a fresher has to be paid only one third of those drawn by employee on verge of retirement
