@rsprasad sir we have lots of issue with the BSNL bill within the pandemic CVOID 19 lockdown BSNL generate the bill and there is no concession how we pay even though no speed Max speed is 250kbps it request you do something 🙏 @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_OR I applied for new bsnl ftth connection on 28th December, paid advance money on 2nd jan 2020 still no one is coming to install the service, I requested them to install as quickly as possible as I am unable to work. From home here in my area , what's the next i have to do?

Worst internet experience with BSNL fiber. Not at all a stable connection, In every 10 minutes it internet connection fluctuates like 4 times. And even on fiber internet my ping is more than mobile data connection. @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @ITS_MoC

@BSNLCorporate I m from maharshtra.Dist- Osmanabad Number :- 02472295177 Customer ID :-1026242677 Previous plan :- 599 fiber basic plus I want to change my plan to 799 when I visit nearest bsnl office they says I have no option to change that plan .pls solve that problem

@rsprasad Sir, Please help in BSNL Landline restoration. Phone is again not working for last 9 days. Landline no is 033-25253031. No one from BSNL responding. Unable to lodge complaint also.
