    @rsprasad sir we have lots of issue with the BSNL bill within the pandemic CVOID 19 lockdown BSNL generate the bill and there is no concession how we pay even though no speed Max speed is 250kbps it request you do something 🙏 @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    Total fraud by @BSNLCorporate Malappuram! Customers pay for fiber but get zero speed. Months of negligence after officials met their targets. Including the Manager, enjoys timely salaries while refusing to support or respond. Absolute betrayal! #BSNL #Malappuram #Kerala

    Very disappointing service! I recharged my @BSNL_OR mobile with ₹319 through the @NPCI_BHIM app. The transaction was marked successful, and the amount has been debited and sent to BSNL, but my mobile number has still not been recharged. Transaction ID: 052738476373

For a new BharatNet Rural Fibre connection, the first bill generally includes pro-rata charges for the applicable period along with 18% GST and ₹599 as a security deposit.
