    @rsprasad sir we have lots of issue with the BSNL bill within the pandemic CVOID 19 lockdown BSNL generate the bill and there is no concession how we pay even though no speed Max speed is 250kbps it request you do something 🙏 @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    @PTI_News Are people of Gujarat so stupid that they can't differ between what is lie and what is truth. Congress brought reforms in 1991 which opened economy, built BSNL. As technology advances people get the benefit of it. What is the contribution of this divider-in-chief in technology.

    Customer care executive is clueless abt service I was enquiring with poor training & no briefing. I was enquiring about BSNL Wings. #BSNL ngn portal seems to be malfunctioning too because Registration on portal shd deliver an email but mail isn't delivered for 3 days. @BSNL_BR

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate It's really disgusting, that again the complaint is closed without resolving. Its a worst service I hv ever faced being a BSNL customer for more than a decade,Not sure is the concern authorities are working or not.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India Sir, for a BSNL service disconnection, we have to go to the office and submit an application along with Bank passbook proof. There also, not all offices accept it. In today's fast IT world, this is another example of why BSNL is lagging behind.

    Sir my bsnl fibre connection with number 06742914787 is not working since 24 hrs.please correct it and our area coordinator whose name i am not mentioning isn't worthy for his job.please take strict action against him.not picking call and useless man @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    World has upgraded but BSNL systems and processes are still in medieval pen and paper era. Request your kind intervention in improving these processes so that the BSNL can once again challenge domestic players with its customer service. I rest my case.

    @BSNL_HR your costumer service is not good even your representative didn't know how to talk with costumer. Too unprofessional service provider. I Hope BSNL will be private very Soon. BSNL was the best provider but yeh Sarkari job mentality is Destroying BSNL. Thank you 🙏
