    @rsprasad sir we have lots of issue with the BSNL bill within the pandemic CVOID 19 lockdown BSNL generate the bill and there is no concession how we pay even though no speed Max speed is 250kbps it request you do something 🙏 @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_OR plz fix call issue on priority - calls are not getting connected and when dialled, its taking nearly 50sec to get ring to receiver end. this is irritating and in malls in Bbsr, no BSNL network also for which we can't use net for payment as well. @CMDBSNL

    @Siva_Bharani BSNL asks support on sympathy basis and gov vs pvt funda. Yet they quietly reduce the validity days of plans every month. But still the network and signal strength issues persist. Not capable of service improvement to existing users but increasing new users with ₹1 SIM card.

    @BSNLCorporate The BSNL network is simply unreliable. The situation has reached a point where even those who have been withBSNL for 20 years are switching to other networks. It is truly abysmal; neither incoming nor outgoing calls are working at all.The service is in a dire state

    @BSNLCorporate I have bought a new sim but can't activate bsnl tv and also can't use it. Your customer care doesn't do anything and gives fake update of restored. Your bitv doesn't support new sim activation plan support. Your indoor coverage is trash in my area, other areas are good.

    @JM_Scindia Dear Sir,BSNL has been providing affordable services to nation,we are loyal customers since 1992.But the service quality is going down. No internet since 7 days,complain number not working,Tweets response working on it. No wonder people are switching to pvt. service.

    From the last hour there is a very low speed of @BSNLCorporate internet. The Internet reduces the connection after a particular interval. Voice quality, during the call is also a big issue. When these issues will vanish while others are ready to join the 6G club. Wake Up BSNL

    @bsnl_care However,when I contacted another BSNL staff member regarding my reserved number and SIM issue,I was told “main kuchh nahi kar sakta” and “main tumko pahchaan nahi raha hu.” This is very unprofessional and confusing for customers.Kindly provide proper support and clear resolution.
