Your open network is in air, not for customers, which you're claiming. I am done with you, last few days with Airtel, going with some other service providers, may be with BSNL, which has 3G services better than yours 4G.

@BSNLCorporate I was trying to apply new broadband connection. In the application form, it is a mandatory field to enter a Franchise/DSA Code. As a potential new customer, how can I know these codes? Or I have to go to the nearby BSNL office to know the code enabling me to apply.

@LiveFromALounge BSNL do they even exist. Who would want to take horrible BSNL connection just to be connected (that's not assured) on a one hour flight.

No one from BSNL cares to reach out to inform and resolve the complaint after I register my complaint on the self-care portal! Again now, it's been around 45mins since LOS with complaint ID 127889258682 for today! BSNL is synonymous with unreliability!
