Your open network is in air, not for customers, which you're claiming. I am done with you, last few days with Airtel, going with some other service providers, may be with BSNL, which has 3G services better than yours 4G.

@BSNL_KTK employee arrogance response to the customer and threatening we contact BSNL office no connection. BSNL responsibility to provide connectivity. Venkatesh reddy Rajankunte Bangalore says only if you pay money we get connection otherwise no officer can connect

@BSNLCorporate, I want to downgrade my #ftth plan from SUPERSTAR_PREMIUM_1 to FIBER_BASIC_PLUS but there is no option to do so in the #bsnl selfcare portal. Please solve my issue Asap @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK.
