Your open network is in air, not for customers, which you're claiming. I am done with you, last few days with Airtel, going with some other service providers, may be with BSNL, which has 3G services better than yours 4G.

@BSNLCorporate I would not have bothered to purchase the splitter & battery implicating myself financially. BSNL authorities expressed helplessness to make my FTTH connection feasible without above. Also could not avail voice calls from FTTH activation date: 08/04/2019 due to technical issues.

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Undergoing pathetic experience with BSNL FTTx services. (Acct. 06742959904) a. Downtime is very high. Nobody pays heed to bring about a permanent fix. Have instances when data goes off for > 24 hrs. b. Landline not actvd despite repeated requests.

Bsnlself care is really a big improvement I have seen in them. I no need 4g or 5g. Decent 3g is sufficient with cheaper pricing. I want everyone to have one number in bsnl. Comparing to other network bsnl is cheaper as well. #bsnl
