Finally close bsnl ftth connection. Not only me, many people closed and switched to Airtel. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate BSNL employees work is very poor. They failed to ensure customer satisfaction. They intentionally want to have no customer and sleep in office.

Your open network is in air, not for customers, which you're claiming. I am done with you, last few days with Airtel, going with some other service providers, may be with BSNL, which has 3G services better than yours 4G.

@pettyofficernk @w_karve 1.I took BSNL - LL in 04. Every month Rs 50 to 100 for complain solution by LM. 2. ST depo was in loss before privatisation in Guj. Since last 15 year in profit. 3 Electricity depo -40 %Line loss in Guj now- 8% with 24*7 & profit. Govt empl impression is not good in public.

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate We are not able to make outgoing calls from BSNL Landline to any mobile number, even after prefixing 0 as per new rules. It says this facility not available. Whats the issue? Request you look into it.
