    Once again experience of poor customer care at #BSNL office in Dhule. A simple task of replacing micro SIM with nano SIM could not be achieved after spending 45 minutes and one visit to the office. @BSNLCorporate

    @CMDBSNL went to BSNL office today for converting old micro sim to nano SIM..Had very bad experience, could not do it. No option left than MNP.

    @BSNLCorporate Internet is not working since yesterday on my bsnl number, please solve the issue asap. The main issue is internet is not getting connected and if gets connected; only 2G.

    Government has launched #DigitalIndia @digitalindia it is very nyc goverment is running with technology but sir please solve Internet issue ...Without Internet ntng is happening this days ... And we apply to bsnl they don't provide the connection in one year also

    did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

    @BSNL_BIHAR Worst experience, booking ID APP20260417834033, got reply that BSNL FTTH network is not available l . But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    Dear jio from 6 month we are complaining for your poor service and has given several times details you asked for but nothing happened just as usual electricity went off network went off. Bsnl is best than you worst jio.

    @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia Extremely disappointed with BSNL internet service. Every single day the connection goes offline, yet I’m paying ₹943/month for this unreliable service. This is seriously affecting my work-from-home setup and putting my job at risk. Fix this urgently.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!
