    BSNL.@BSNLCorporate giving more good network than @Airtel_Presence SIM 1(AIRTEL) SIM 2(BSNL). Waiting for completing 3 months of Airtel. Will do Portability to another company very soon. Tired with Airtel😕.

    @Ravisutanjani Besides , private postal servicesdo not have any incentive to cater to rural areas because of Economics but India post will still do it because is a public service. Same reason why Bsnl caters to remotest parts in India where others shy away from.

    @BSNLCorporate None is working properly.. Have you ever checked?? Plz travel using any 4G,5G device and put your BSNL SIM On and check the issue. Even in Gangtok Town, of you go inside building then many times ntwrk off and even on travel it has very frequent shifting from 4G/LTE to 2G

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND .Sir I had done a recharge of 98 rs on my bsnl number 9039356598 by paytm.they show it's successful but I didn't received any recharge on my number..Is there any issue from your end?????Please resolve as soon as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir bsnl broadband was not working properly so last year in March or April I was given application by hand to one of the bsnl staff who working inside my camp to deposit this to bsnl office at SDO DD NAGAR GWALIOR because of I was not permitted to go outside of my camp .

    BSNL - Worst example for apathy to customers! I submitted an email request to disconnect my BSNL land-line connection 6 months & sought refund of the deposit amount Rs. 15,000! Despite many follow-ups, no response from BSNL officers in Bengaluru! #BSNL #Ministry_of_Telecom

    Our Online payment made towards Bharat Fibre BSNL Bill received no acknowledgement from BSNL and our complaint at their Portal was unheeded. Support @ 154 are so atrocious that they cut you off while you are narrating your complaint. Nearest BSNL Office 25 kms, one way. @BSNL_GJ

    From last 8 months I have call drop problem. And from last 2 months Im trying to get help from the customer care service.But each and every time they are registering my complaint, and same day by the evening I'm getting a massage that my docket number has been closed. So bad BSNL
