    @BSNLCorporate Leave. Thanks for your worst cooperation...!!! We have dropped the idea to install BSNL FTTH. Getting Airtel and RailWire FTTH with better services...!! But, remember one thing @BSNLCorporate - whatever the condition of BSNL is today... It's just because of this kind of service.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate I want BSNL Fiber to be installed. For last one year I m being told service not available in your area. Air fiber too? That to 10 kms from District HQ. Is this Digital Atamnirbhar and bla bla India? Better privatize BSNL to bring efficiency.

    @DoT_India My issue escalated in passed as well. What action has been taken . I think no action has been taken that's why bsnl local bts didn't work when electricity cut in my area and they don't have backup plan

    @BSNLCorporate @Shailesh1135 Installation charges are waived for Bharat Fiber and Air Fiber. Still I am being asked to pay Installation fee by the contractor. May I know why? Horrendous service. When will you learn #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I am all good now, there was a fibre break inside my house. The main point is BSNL should focus on addressing customer complaints. I paid them the amount for their service charge but i expect a better response next time. A request from a customer to its service provider 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate He called with the same answer " Service not available in your area". If BSNL could not provide, where else common man would go. BSNL Fiber can reach Andaman but cannot reach person on mainland. Pathetic. Shameful.

    @bsnl_tt Sir I had taken Bharat Broad Band Connection and was allotted following No 040 29560719 since installation there has been internet disruptions regularly and now no internet since 20 days and a complaint was registered on bsnl 1504. Vide no 125234166502 pls look into it.

    @bhushannag Truth about Disinvestment: NDA Govt sold 50% stake in Hind Zinc at Rs 700 crore in 2002. Today its 26% residual stake is worth Rs 30000 crs. & contribute 7000cr in taxes p.a. Congress didn't sell BSNL at Rs4 lakh cr valuation. Today it has become sick. Need 20000cr annual support

    @BSNL_CHTD Phone number is dead since yesterday, called 1800-345-1500 docket number 125201073362 no one has called up till now. Same time Airtel Landline was dead too, but an email sufficed and was set right in 5 hours. BSNL is still sleeping on my complaint.

    @rsprasad BSNL is and always was worst service provider in the country. Joined twice, but finally ported out because of useless services and facilities. Surprisingly BSNL has no plan without data & one can't use even a 01 KB data either it is 2G/3G or 4G. #BSNL needs a big rescue plan.

    @aarjeekaykannan @rihanna Here you mentioning abt administration problem. Don't try to hide on those issue's. Iam straightly telling you, NDA govt working for corporate not for poor & middle clause ppls. ( BSNL have wide range of coverage, but govt refused to give 4g ).
