    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    I have a bsnl fiber at Chandrapur(Mah) Since 15/20 days having lot of issues. Most of the time verlow bandwidth or even no connectivity. When complaint number only one answer is given that the bandwith failure and informed to the nodal officer. Pls look into personally. Thanks.

    @BSNLCorporate There seems to be no permanent solution at all. Again within a span of 10 or 12 days the broadband service is out of order. And the local service team does not attend calls.This kind of service is not expected from BSNL it's making us frustrated to complain frequently.

    @tdmbsnlguna @tdmbsnlguna Respected sir, We are facing serious speed issues with bsnl bharat fibre connection from several days at National fertlizers limited(NFL) township. Nothing has changed even after several complaints. Expecting that the issue will be resolved soon..🙏🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @sharmapradeep5g @BSNLCorporate I had a new connection of bsnl broadband with syrotech router with a pack of 599 with 60mbps. I didn't once get speed more then 5 mps. I am facing 25% packet loss and 300 ping. I want help asap. My mobile number is 7388886061 my district is auraiya Up

    Got a call from 8389011710 in the name of Verification of my old @BSNLCorporate number where the caller told me to download @anydesk and after connecting he told me to recharge my number. However I refused and cut the call. It's also showing BSNL CUSTOMER CARE in @Truecaller .
