All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

I know that but the ping of jio is worst than bsnl… bsnl gives best ping.. and when it comes to speed it will get high speed only when you are near to tower.. but in airtel if you are far away from tower.. still it gives 200mbps.. airtel>>jio..

In Karnataka, to upgrade my 4G sim, I travelled 20 km to bsnl office twice. No help. Finally I ported from bsnl to Jio BSNL is always zero customer service, with full of rude idiots

All employees of Bsnl are taking sweet time to fix and even the vendors are reluctant to fix it. I m paying for 300mbps speed for forex and other business now allstop.Why ?
