    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate 2/2 I have to pay only 530 Dec. month’s bill + 530 Jan. month’s bill - 59 extra paid for November. All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

    @bsnl_care Every month, BSNL is charging a 'one-time fee' of Rs. 100 in the fibre bill. If it is a one-time charge, then why is it being billed every month? My account no is 8009316304. Please look into my issue.

    @kamalvirsingh3 As reported by Patiala dn it is intimated that that router of Ghanaur Post Office is out of order and System Manager and BSNL employees are continuously visiting Ghanaur Post Office and working to resolve the issue. (1/2)

    @JM_Scindia From yesterday, 5th Oct'25 night BSNL Mobile Service (CellOne) in Assam, Silchar circle is dead. It's more than 12 hours now & no actions initiated. If such is the service of BSNL, then how & why can one continue with BSNL? @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate

    @Nalanda_index @amazonIN Does the same fraud along with selling items at 20x the MRP. Once @JeffBezos has left Amazon the customer services is like that of the BSNL of early 2000s.

    @bsnl_care I have been receiving bsnl bills without fail every month however the helpline number doesn't work, my landline isn't working either hence I'm not paying the bills as there's no service.

    @BSNLCorporate. Today at 2.35 pm I visited BSNL service center at Canada corner Sharadpur in Nasik for 5G SIM in exchange to my old SIM. There were on 2-3 customer there but still there was no response from staff there. One madam could listen me after 2-3 tries.
