    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate 2/2 I have to pay only 530 Dec. month’s bill + 530 Jan. month’s bill - 59 extra paid for November. All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

    @BSNLCorporate 3 days since I try to call care but they have only one ans call after 4 hr software not work I am unable to send the message from BSNL even after recharge new plan worst service. I can't connect to my bank. Itna ghatiya service Dene ke liye thaks

    @MobiKwikSWAT It's same BS. Soon you will give operator id, and so on.....The question is simply if your site display outdated plan, then what to do after recharge. Operator will never accept that plan, but u will keep the money. Why don't you ask BSNL if they received such a money.

    @BSNLCorporate Downgrade of plan to 399 is so difficult in my taluk(std code 08419)Visited BSNL office multiple times but no use If I call to customer care or they advice to visit BSNL office .it's like one person putting the name of another person.nobody is ready to downgrade the plan

    Respected sir/Medam Our Land line phone completely dead since 9/01/2023 we already complaint through online but no use ( docket number 130587288742 ) but massage came from bsnl is... "Fault Rectified " our number is 0820-2587226

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial I travelled from MH circle to Mumbai with bsnl sim it was worst than rural area maximum area there was no coverage in 2023 what the hell even some towers r on electricity no back up if electricity is not there for some reason it won't work

    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate Bsnl no 9768445266. No network since morning. Pin code 421306. Location Chiknipada Road. Network was dead on makar sankranti also. Now again network is dead. 😔 Kindly look into it.
