    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate 2/2 I have to pay only 530 Dec. month’s bill + 530 Jan. month’s bill - 59 extra paid for November. All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

    Year 2008 BSNL: You register a complaint through phone, no one bothers to respond or take action, you go to their office to find someone who can fix it. Year 2021 BSNL: You register a complaint online, no one bothers to respond or take action, same same. Outstanding progress

    @BSNLCorporate My landline number 080-22870427 is dead since 01/10/2021, even after numerous complaints nothing happened till date,on top of it bsnl has issued new bill for the line which is dead for the good part of the month, why customer has to suffer for lethargic negligence of bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @Dot_india contractor of BSNL forcefully disconnected working modem from my home on 15th oct,2020 & left my connection terminated after a complaint was raised as Bharat Fiber connection was not working properly. SDE is in cahoots with contractor. No. - 03262372437

    @BSNL_CHTD Account no 4025735261, do you charge the customer, even if the connection is totally not working, right from the day it got installed. I learnt a hard lesson, by applying for bsnl.

    I am very disappointed with @BSNLCorporate fiber. Every day problem. Local Cat 5 is better compair to this bsnl fiber.
