    @BSNLCorporate 2/2 I have to pay only 530 Dec. month’s bill + 530 Jan. month’s bill - 59 extra paid for November. All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @PMOIndia Since last 15 days landline phone of my Clinic is not working. I made a complaint to Local office (City Jalna, Maharashtra) but till no action is taken. I am a regular user of BSNL since last 15 years, should I surrender my phone??

    @Madeshjournali1 A lineman salary in BSNL is 50,000/- My sister worked as clerk salary was 82000/- Her reporting Beach manager salary is 1,24,500/- Field Service tecnician Junior salary 55000 Who's money is this? What best respect you get when you go to BSNL office near by?

    Finally ended my relationship with BSNL . Got my FTTH cancelled after paying the bill for 1.5 years without using it . Started as their customer goe landline in 2006 around , then as 3G customer and later ftth . All thanks to their poor customer service..

    @Madeshjournali1 Madesh please find how much UPA disinvested in their 10 years and how much NDA earned in 10 years. even in NDA disinvestment 37k cr was transfer from govt to govt owned ongc. BSNL needs to be privatised as the service is awful. even now it will take days to get yr line setviced

    @Madeshjournali1 BSNL has become very inefficient! Government employees have a bad reputation of being so inefficient. Even Mr Lee Kuan Yew has commented how the inefficiency of the Indian bureaucracy is the reason why India is developing so slowly. So what’s wrong in outsourcing to private co?
