    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate 2/2 I have to pay only 530 Dec. month’s bill + 530 Jan. month’s bill - 59 extra paid for November. All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

    @BSNLCorporate only celebrating vigilance awareness week on taxpayers money is not going to work.Rather BSNL should strengthen its grievance mechanism. My issue pending for more than 6 months.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL fibre service is pathetic. I got a 100 Mbps plan but i don't get proper service. The persons neither picking call . BSNL name is enough for bad service.that's how they go

    @Rishikesh_ADX Railtel ,DONT BUY Receivables too high , Bsnl is the biggest debtor to Railtel..they have not paid dues for a long time That's why after IPO it was falling continuously Poor services provided by Railtel , see their Wifi service at railway stations. Retailers avoid this trap

    BSNL agencies are bribed by alternative private service providers. our broadband lines are disconnected and when we complain, they are advising us to close BSNL ACCOUNT
