    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate 2/2 I have to pay only 530 Dec. month’s bill + 530 Jan. month’s bill - 59 extra paid for November. All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

    @BSNL_KL Bsnl have no internet speed, useless network even call clarity is wrost. Due to of less plan validity I'm porting out from BSNL. Kerala people choose bsnl is because of one main reason plan validity. You guys are decreasing it. It is better to choose other operator as primary

    @TiwarieeG @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk lol This is the 3rd time I lost networks on bsnl. It lost since yesterday and still hasn't arrived. The major issue is networks goes off randomly and takes days to be back. Terrible service

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Pre-Lead No(16759395022) Received a call from BSNL confirming my address and said they will reach me within 24-48 hours. It's been 4 days and I still haven't received any calls from BSNL. It is an emergency situation. internet connection is required ASAP

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate If I create a BSNL selfcare account using a desktop, I can enter a long and secure password (32 characters in this case) but when I login using the mobile app, the password is limited to 20 characters, and so ai cannot login.. Why the inconsistency?

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate I am using bsnl landline form last many years For the last 8 months I have continuously faced problems with my landline i have paid all the bills but i didn't get proper service and support team bsnl i am really Disappointed 👎

    @BSNL_KL I'm porting my primary bsnl number to other operator. Stop fooling people about launching 4G services. Even you can't even maintain 3G and 2G towers lol. I'm the only person in my family who using bsnl. Other family members port out because of worst service.

    @BSNL_JKD @BSNLJHARKHAND BSNL FTTH service at Sukurhutu, Ranchi is out of service for last 2 days..it is not first time..happening every other day..BSNL staff are even not picking up call..@_DigitalIndia Other Pvt companies are rolling 5G and BSNL is still struggling for 2G.
