    @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Same reply that funds will be initiated thru NEFT soon, as a BSNL Customer, we duly abide by bills and we pay bills regularly and on time so why can't BSNL refund customers' hard-earned Security deposits.

    @BSNLCorporate While other service providers can provide uninterrupted service even after 24h powercuts why not BSNL. Why so many gaps and complaints against your great service? The reason is the babu culture and complesant arrogant attitude your officials have as they know nothing will happen.
