@BSNLCorporate 2/2 I have to pay only 530 Dec. month’s bill + 530 Jan. month’s bill - 59 extra paid for November. All other amount incurred because of fault on BSNL side (due to auto change of plan), for which I am not responsible. 1St created problem and then imposing on me.

@PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport I have refund issue....I paid 306rs bill of bsnl on 21st may but it failed and my money is debited from my account but now I will not receive my refund ..And not your customer care is working properly...So it's my request to solve my issue ASAP

@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Bharuch Gujarat responsible officer not helping for their own mistake and customer has to pay extra bill charge, deposit & other charges for reconnect LL & BB. Why customer has to pay all charges when BSNL Employee closed without request?

@BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India i had got Bsnl ftth services comissioned on 12.02.21 but the VoIP (calling) service hasn't been made available yet for number 0191-2958274. Neither Bsnl nor Local vendor is helping after repeated requests.

@PrakashJavdekar I am a Sr Citizen Mob no 8895296500. Unable to even consultant a doctor although my main balance with BSNL is more than Rs149/ BSNL didn't revalidate my no, which was expired yesterday, by deducting reqd amount from my main balance. Pl instruct officials to help.

@rsprasad As we have listen in news that dept effectively working after Tweet to Minister.I hve done all efforts before this, even mail to CMD of BSNL.I m feeling very embarrassing to write this kind of small trouble to Union Minister, but this is the actual situation of BSNL
