@melitabarretto @pgm_goa_bsnl I would suggest to switch to Ethernet express or any other service provider. BSNL is useless. I have taken new connection of Ethernet and their service is very good.

N guy bsnl work better then vi jio n airtel in I stay in over sea network problem they pay u money back let it b 1 min or 1 hr or day in india is the only country which make the customer suffer for anything

@DrPramodPSawant We had a landline which never work properly but paid full bills then I had BSNL mobile which had 1 of the worst network ever. I bear all this bec I love India.

@AmitKumBls @BSNLCorporate We have 3 BSNL FTTH connection at my office @CuncolimCollege 2 landline both not working, some time they work,I had asked BSNL vendor to shift land line to FTTH, vendor asking additional Rs 7000 each to shift existing land line number on FTTH.There is no support from BSNL

@ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

@BSNLCorporate Telephone and broadband is working now after taking to task field staff today by myself . This tweeter complaint is sleeping since 6 days with just assurance. I'll have to see how long my phone will work. BSNL staff are also responsible for downfall of once respected DOT

@BSNLCorporate Was forced to switch from bsnl broadband to Bharat FTTH with promise of a better connection & faster speed. But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

Isn't Reliance planning to take-over BSNL by reducing its market value and cutting down the cost by sacking the employees and paying through the tax-payers money?

@AmitKumBls @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH is best which is outsourced. What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

@BSNLCorporate My mobile number with BSNL got temporarily disconnected due to non payment and after payment when I am calling customer service they are saying that I have to wait for 24 hours to get it activated. All other operators activate the number immediately on payment.During this time when private operators give door step service how does BSNL expect to survive with such useless service?

The CSP owner asked his staff throw away one who is coming for this offer. With this service how can you expect anyone will join BSNL. That is the reason why @BSNLCorporate is lagging since years. Even your grievance portal is not working. @JM_Scindia sir please look into this.

Not every pending or disputed payment is a fraud or scam — that's a gross oversimplification. A fraud is when there’s intentional deception, forgery, or illegal enrichment. In this BSNL–Jio case, CAG itself clarified that it's a technical billing dispute over how different LTE technologies (FDD vs TDD) were interpreted under the contract. It also mentions that BSNL failed to invoke the arbitration clause in time — meaning the fault lies with administrative inaction, not criminal intent. The money is recoverable, the issue is out in public due to transparency audits, and there’s no evidence Jio stole, forged, or bribed to avoid payment. That’s not a scam — it’s poor contract enforcement by a PSU. Throwing the word “scam” loosely for every mistake only dilutes real corruption. If everything is called fraud without understanding the legal framework, you’re not exposing the system — you’re misinforming people.
