What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

On the other hand, Modi has made internet access significantly cheaper compared to 2012–13, the 1GB data that Airtel used to sell for 299 is available at a much lower price today
