But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

It works properly for 6–7 days, but then for the next 5–6 days there is no signal at all — no internet, no calling. How are customers supposed to use the service like this?
