What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.
