Hi BSNL i can clearly see the feature of your customer support executive in near feature. I can say they can't even think of working outside BSNL . Most of customer support representative don't know how to respond to customers. Worst customer support @BSNLCorporate

@MIB_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate Sir, BB connection on my landline is still completely out of order since last 29days BSNL failed to resolve the issue in spite of repeated complaints rather sending fake sms issue resolved. Poor service. Please discon BB/LL.

@TechWiser all the 4 i have been using - Main BSNL (since 2003), 2 Airtel and 1 Jio. 1 Airtel is a port in from Reliance Mobile (Company closed down) and the other Airtel is a port in from Vodafone (pathetic service).

@AnshumanSail This is what farm laws would have done BSNL offers same offers for much less but due to less users,no service nor coverage thus useless despite being cheap Therefore private can charge any rate Farm mandi would be done same,first they will buy high,then just low rated
