@BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

@BSNLCorporate I had call with them. We did call with Vendor but vendor is having own ONT so they says we are fix with Rs.5000. If BSNL will make any call or give me connection then it will be ok.

@Idea My Phone is Barred since 18th Jan 2020! I ported this number from @BSNL to @Idea ! The Due amount was paid on 21st Jan 2020 and provided all the necessary documents. Still my outgoing and incoming as well is barred. Pathetic and Shameful Service.

@BSNLCorporate I had talk with them. They help me for discussion. But actually BSNL gives Opticle Fibre Cable to Vendors so those vendors are charging Rs.5000 for ONT ya something router they have . I think charge should be minimum . It's too high at Initial level

@idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune
