Interested. Since 14/8/2020 my complaints are pending,no one knows the fate ,except receiving docket no. No action. Below text received "Dear Customer, thank you for calling BSNL, your Docket No is 4H1431527634." atleast will you now sort the problem.

It is been last 24 days complaint has be registered with BSNL landline, but no reply and there are expections from society to use bsnl. Big irony!! The people at customer service center don't receive calls. Worst customer service. Kondhwa Pune @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate Very poor connection in my area. Unable to do WFH. I've been using BSNL WiFi since 3-4 years. But you're not giving the satisfactory services and not even attending my calls or neither replying to mails. Going to change my provider soon.

I have more time twitted about this problem till not solve. 2. I have recharge with 1999/- rs prepaid plan on my and my brother no. But i cant access the bsnl tunes service on both numbers. I have twitted about this also. But till not solve from feb 2020.

@BSNLCorporate it is highly regretted nothing works with BSNL, makes to believe what state minister of communication observation, many traitors are in BSNL. None of my efforts yield ant response. Either the customer care assistants don't know how to solve the problem or not

BSNL's 4G primarily uses 700 MHz (Band 28) for wide coverage, but many older phones lack support, falling back to 2G on 900 MHz. They're also deploying 4G on 900, 1800, 2100, 2500 MHz in phases. For 5G, plans include 700 MHz (low-band), 900 MHz (refarmed), and 3300 MHz (mid-band) for SA services. DSS on 900 MHz could enable 2G/4G/5G sharing, but it's not widely implemented yet. @TanaysinghT I recently bought a BSNL prepaid SIM under freedom offer. And here is my review- 1) decent 4g data speed (5-6 Mbps) but not satifactory as per 4g standard 2)Indoor coverage is poor 3) sometimes 4g shift to 3g and signal lost for 20 sec 4) BSNL customer care service is pathetic

@bsnl_care All affordable plans whether monthly, quarterly or yearly have either been withdrawn or their validity has been reduced. Also, GP2 plans also don't exist now. So, what's the point of ising BSNL when the affordability is gone and all one gets is low network or 2G/3G speeds?
