Its waste of time here. BSNL should rectify this as this is very important office. BSNL should be made private organisations. Worst service by BSNL.

But i cant access the bsnl tunes service on both numbers. I have twitted about this also. But till not solve from feb 2020.

Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.
