Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day. Bsnl internet sucks in non metros but gives 2g/3g speed while sayig 4g, good enough for msging
