    @BSNLCorporate Very worst service👎👎.. Agents are technically not capable enough..Customer care service guys doesn't bother at all about the issue that end user is facing..There is no proper response and resolution from any Team of BSNL.. Poor service ever seen

    @snaik_bsnl no one is rectifying my BSNL broadband even after repeated complaint. In this lockdown internet is the only medium to do business. Excuses are sham like we have outsourced to contractors etc. Please do something 0680-2233401.N.B.response to. Calls are at will basis

    @BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

    @BSNL_BR How much time taken to improve your BSNL internet and when the BSNL internet is working properly. Will you not receive the revenue from postal department until your network will not be improved? Will Khushrupur Sub-Post office close while your network has not provided?

    @marinebharat I grew up in a remote area in arunachal pradesh. Guess which was the only bank there "SBI". Guess which was the only telephone service peovider there "BSNL". No pvt player will run charity at a loss where popln is low. Govt has the rspnsblty to provide service and not do business

    @BSNL_UKD kafra is a rural place there are currently 3 govt schools running here 2 schools have disconnected their bsnl internet service due to poor internet connectivity . Its a request to please look into this 🙏🏻 please provide fibre service in this area also

    @SarathR72 @marinebharat hahaha As if BSNL was ruling the market before Modi. These people always come to support BSNL but use sim of private operators. BSNL will launch 4G and NSA 5G within 12-15 months and mark my words even after that you won't use it.

    @hotstar_helps You are tweeting same answer again and again. My issue is still not resolved. My hotstar account is saying that you have received payment from.bsnl even though you are not giving me service. This is just lack of service from your side
