N guy bsnl work better then vi jio n airtel in I stay in over sea network problem they pay u money back let it b 1 min or 1 hr or day in india is the only country which make the customer suffer for anything

@ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

@BSNLCorporate Was forced to switch from bsnl broadband to Bharat FTTH with promise of a better connection & faster speed. But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

@melitabarretto @pgm_goa_bsnl I would suggest to switch to Ethernet express or any other service provider. BSNL is useless. I have taken new connection of Ethernet and their service is very good.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL FTTH out in Colvale/ Nadora Area, Pin-403513 for more than 48 hours now.. Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl Panaji not attending to our complains. complaint about phone number 0832-2437337 is registered on August 5th 2021, with registration number as 1056383766. Please look into the matter at an earliest.

@ANI Same condition all over India nd even after filing complain for poor internet connection no response from thr side. Max time thr is no network in bsnl. U r taking money in time then while giving service why customer face problems. It's our request please improve it.

See the prompt service in private & BSNL. It's not govt money it's our money on which BSNL officers living lavish life.

My YouTube works well with the BSNL and rest of the things are just okay.. Not bad I'll say. Also, the service providers comes for help immediately after complain. Government can do much better with BSNL by reforming certain things..

@ANI Never had a pleasant experience with them. Pathetic broadband services. And when the govt tries to privatize it, the same BSNL employees will actively come on streets chanting slogans, accusing the govt of stealing their govt jobs when they don't even take their jobs seriously.
