    @kikani_nilesh @BSNLCorporate We were having BSNL more then 20 years. just 5 months ago due to road construction the wireing were damaged i know their service is not good but for just to keep landline service in my house

    @Swamy39 Not worth continuing with BSNL at least as the staff is lazy, incompetent, care a damn attitude, officers r corrupt, service is pathetic, spare parts not available, hundreds of problems. Waste of public money.

    @AmitShah @narendramodi BSNL has terrible staff. Lazy, arrogant, corrupt, linesmen demand money, complaints not looked into, customer care phones r off the hook, spare parts unavailable, total mess. Not worth crap ! Waste of public money. BSNL customer review.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, we have been loyal customer of BSNL for more than 35 years. But with the present state of affairs, I doubt we will continue in the next 1 or 2 weeks. Our Work From Home is suffering, besides the daily frustrations.

    @BSNLCorporate We have not got any response from BSNL GOA on our official complaints registered at the Goa office. Total lack of ownership and response to customer grievances!! @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Unfortunately this case assignment never work for us. BSNL FTTH is out for 3 complete days in our area.. I ended up at my Relative's house in another city to work & today when I return network is still not restored. @DoT_India @consaff 1/2

    @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl BSNL FTTH is out in our Area- Nadora Bardez Goa- 403513. Resolve ASAP. Telephone No:-08322959769  Account No:- 1026254161 @CMDBSNL I am struggling to get these issues resolved since last 2 years now. BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month.

    @BSNLCorporate Was forced to switch from bsnl broadband to Bharat FTTH with promise of a better connection & faster speed. But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl Panaji not attending to our complains. complaint about phone number 0832-2437337 is registered on August 5th 2021, with registration number as 1056383766. Please look into the matter at an earliest.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL FTTH out in Colvale/ Nadora Area, Pin-403513 for more than 48 hours now.. Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

    @melitabarretto @pgm_goa_bsnl I would suggest to switch to Ethernet express or any other service provider. BSNL is useless. I have taken new connection of Ethernet and their service is very good.

    @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate (1/2)from past 2 month our bsnl landline working although our bsnl broadband was working but from past 10-15 days that too is not working. We called you customercare number and even gm of that region and everyone are giving execuses.

    Sorry for the late post! I humbly request BSNL to sort out noisy line issue with our landline 0832-2264999. It’s been a year despite several complaints & staff responses stating “don’t expect too much clarity from landline” #TalkToCGMBSNLMH @cgm_mh_bsnl

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    URGENT @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM suddenly lost all network 1 hour ago. Active recharge is present, and other BSNL SIMs are working fine in the exact same location. Already tried restarting, manual network search, & swapping devices—nothing works. Please refresh backend profile.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @JM_Scindia @JM_Scindia, request ur intervention for Call forwarding facility on BSNL network in interest of its customers & BSNL. it ensures connectivity as call is forwarded to another number when BSNL network is not available/unreachable. All other operators are offering, why not BSNL?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL fix vowifi issue first , provide vowifi in all eligible smartphone which is already getting vowifi service of other players, example my device is oppo reno 12 5g is getting vowifi of all other players like jio vi and airtel but not BSNL why ?? Please fix it ASAP
