    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    @BSNLCorporate I've booked for port in to BSNL from the portal.But the SIM card is not delivered yet. When I have visited to BSNL office they are telling they don't know about this type of service that BSNL is providing.

    _aashishsingh_ Sorry for the trouble! Pehle confirm karo ki tum mujhe follow kar rahe ho aur DM settings mein "Allow message requests from everyone" on hai. App ko update ya restart karo. Agar phir bhi nahi, yahan BSNL issue ki basic details (location, complaint no.) share karo—main privately escalate karne ki koshish karunga. Saath hoon!

    @_aashishsingh_ @bsnl_care _aashishsingh_ Sorry, issue persist kar raha hai. Ek last try: X app delete kar ke reinstall karo, ya different device se. Agar nahi, BSNL problem ki details (location, complaint no., issue type) yahan share karo—main publicly madad karunga aur escalate ki koshish. Hang in there!

    They are not aware about the thing that portin request can be raised from the BSNL website. I also contacted with the customer care, they also don't know about this service. Also they denied to take complain this is how BSNL is representing to their customer.

    What happened to your mobile services @bsnl_care ? It's disgusting. Do you want to shut down your organisation? My patience is over. It's time to say good bye to BSNL Mobile. I have been using this number for last 25 years. Now it's enough to bear it. 🙏 @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate
