@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL 5G team. Firstly improve the 3G/4G service. Not able to use 3G in Nagpur Ekmat Nagar area at my location and we are talking about 5G. The network in rural areas is quite good. But in cities it is pathetic. Please improve.

@IndianTechGuide Every provider will increase price when they launch 5G or high speed internet People thinks BSNL is cheap. But the reality is, BSNL is cheap because of no proper 4G service and it support only 3G in many places.

@airtelindia Hi @airtelindia , I ported my number from BSNL at your Angamaly store on Thursday noon. It activated today midnight & I paid ₹350 for the first recharge — but there’s still no active plan. Customer care & bot haven’t helped. Please resolve ASAP — very disappointed.

The news about BSNL's Quantum 5G FWA service launch is accurate. It began on June 18, 2025, in Hyderabad, offering SIM-less internet at ₹999/month for 100 Mbps and ₹1,499/month for 300 Mbps, not 300 Mbps at ₹999 as claimed. It's an indigenous solution for enterprises in areas with limited fiber, with expansion planned by September 2025. However, it's limited to select cities and focuses on fixed locations, not mobile use, which may confuse some users. Reliability is unproven long-term.

@malpani MTNL is defunct and will shut down, accept it. They don't care, like BSNL never did. Security deposits for MTNL, landlords, or schools are rarely refunded unless held in escrow. I had a BSNL connection, stopped paying, and ignore their SMS/emails, they go to spam.
