    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    @sambitnk @saptagiriulaka Bhai airtel is good in urban areas only.. though jio has reached even d remotest of areas bt stil few I hav visited dnt hav connectivity. Only BSNL Network available there.

    @PMOIndia @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate every time we are facing connectivity issue for BSNL broadband service in #DIMAHASAO district. Govt should take a permanent solution for the same. Since morning there is no service for BSNL broadband. Govt should support BSNL not JIO.

    @BSNLCorporate I had not yet received Security refund of my LL No. 01992-277471. Document No. 1900140472 is yet to be cleared from BSNL Circle office Jammu Bahu Plaza. I had Contacted circle Accounts officer also but still yet no resolution. Awaiting for my security deposit Refund @DoT_India

    @BSNL_CHTD Dear bsnl, I booked a ffth and voice connection, internet is activated, voice still not activated. there is no response on complaint, whom should I reach ? public grievance office also not picking call.

    @cgmbsnlkerala I contacted JTO, local LCO but unfortunately they told me thier is no BSNL ftth service available at my premises .. . Because of my attachment to BSNL i decided to be with BSNL FTTH but bsnl not showing such thing to the loyal customers like me .

    Sir, I am trying to get UPC. I sent many times Porting request. But I can't receive the UPC. The Customer care executive said that is something wrong with BSNL service. This is happening Since more than one month. Please help me in this regard. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @Ashutos10206765 @BSNLCorporate As if they care .. Bsnl is famous for only laying down the cable and giving the services at first until another provider comes and win the customers for thar location. Have experienced this once in gzb, now same exp is seen in my native too. private vs govt

    @BSNLCorporate is there any roadmap for starting 4g service in up West/uk...ya fir bechne ki taiyari chal rahi hai? Very shameful for US being a long time bsnl subscriber!!
