    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    @BSNL_KL What is the use of paying? Almost no signal at my location, complained to nearest exchange,CSC,JTO and even the higher officials and still after years, no response from BSNL. My parents and I keep 3 SIMs recharged for more than 10 years hoping for a tower. Pathetic @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Make this system accessible via your BSNL mobile app, website etc. Ticket numbers should be generated for the complaints with proper tracking info on the app for citizens to know what action has been taken by your engineers and how much time was taken to resolve the issue. (2/n)

    @BSNLCorporate this 2nd time i am twitting. My broadband connection has slowed down since thursday. I tried to register a complaint with bsnl but there system is down so they can’t register complaint. So what should i do restore my connection to original speed.

    Stuck with an issue with MobiKwik since 9th November. I didn't expect this kind of irresponsibility from this app. On 9th November I recharged BSNL STV 198. That amount has been debited from my account but till date I have not availed that recharge service. #mobikwik
