Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

@BSNLCorporate Is anyone in bsnl is alive to update me what the heck is wrong with your internet. Today is 8th day still no updates. No one is picking up the call. WTF U guys charge money when u guys can't even provide a stable connection and neither answerable to customer.

I recently located from Delhi to Bihar, thought I could manage the WFH, but internet is something which is a problem for me, I tried multiple way to get jiofiber/airtel xtreme non of them are able to give service even in nearby city! BSNL sucks, Need help! @rsprasad @fiber_jio

@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate I want to downgrade my existing bsnl fibre plan, but can't found any option to do that on the self-care portal. There are only options to upgrade the plans. Please help with that.

@TheRebellionR Dear @narendramodi ji and @nsitharaman ji. By not recruiting adequate staffs, your govt is reducing the quality of service provided to the public. Is it the deliberate attempt to make GOVT banks pvt as you tried with BSNL by not giving 4G. #PublicWithPSBs
