    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    Respected @JM_Scindia Ji, With due respect, I wish to highlight an unresolved BSNL refund grievance. My complaint was closed on CPGRAMS, but no refund confirmation or transaction details have been shared. I would be grateful for your kind intervention. @DoT_India @BSNLCare

    Reliance Jio 5G is unusable at Pincode 208024 (Vikas Nagar, Kanpur). Using a newly launched 2026 5G phone, but speeds are extremely slow in real usage. Issue for months. Posting this via #BSNL network due to poor Jio 5G. Please fix. #Jio5G #PoorNetwork @JioCare @TRAI

    @Complaintszone @aigetoachq @sneachq If workforce reduction or weakening unions were the full answer, VRS would have fixed BSNL already. The real issue is structural — policy interference and DoT-deputed management. Fix governance, allow independence, then judge results.

    @TRAI I visited the BSNL gallery and was told to wait one month to request a replacement SIM meaning my ₹300 and recharge will be wasted. Shockingly, 8–10 other new BSNL users at the same center had the exact same complaint. This feels like a serious issue or scam. #bsnlscam
