    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    @BSNLCorporate I do not think you need any further information: When Reliance JIo is working fine trouble free with one third bill amount.... why BSNL can't provide service. I already left BSNL for JIO. I'm writing because of my sentiments for BSNL N more so with @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP.

    @akif_069 sir, as per field unit report BSNL network is working fine at your mentioned location and your no is switched off and there is no any no. you have provided for contact you, sorry for inconvenience

    @BSNL_PB even after 5 days and complaining several times internet is not working customer care say we are doing but nothing is happening plz provide no of bsnl baltana office so that we can directly talk to them without going through customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago @Consumers_Int If you ever wonder why Indians hate BSNL heres why. I tried 1507 to activate my new BSNL number never connects. Ur customer care connects to a number that does not exist. Bad experience b4 I can make my first call!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ @rsprasad sir no help for my recharge and no refund credited to my bank account please help I have recharged on 14 th feb but till date no update I emailed to guj_cc for details but no reply from bsnl kindly please help me to get my money back

    @BSNL_MH what is the reason for today?? Why network is off since morning?? Why can't BSNL provide continuous prompt network for at least a month?? Always causing network problem after 2-3 weeks..
