Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

@BSNLCorporate When did you act in proper way for any grievance. So you want info right. bsnl is not providing suitable length and quality of wire. For my connection I installed my own wire,which is not suitable for long time connections. Now it is not working, could you provide new one ? Ornot

@BSNLCorporate It is been a issue with BSNL from years that they had issues in processing customer security refund after disconnecting their connection. If you are taking security deposit in advance while issuing new connection then you had to reimburse while disconnection within minimum Days.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ 31st March Complaint solved on 2nd April, 3rd April Closed on 5th April and again BSNL Landline and Broadband not working... What a service...Is the phone working ?????

@cgmbsnlupe pity on bsnl grievance redressal system; complaint on phone no. 0522-2681832 (phone dead) took 5 days to be redressed, & broadband is still not brought in order on 6th days after formal complaint was lodged.This is the state in U.P. State Capital.
