    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office.     @bsnl_care Still, no mobile network - unable to use any services. Please update what action has been taken until now. If BSNL is not able to provide proper services, why are you people being paid from Public tax money ?

    @BSNLCorporate hi. I had recharged on 27th Aug for bsnl prepaid no. Still it’s not reflecting in the account till today. The phone app is not allowing to register a complaint as well. Please help asap.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I want to raise a serious complaint regarding an extra charge of ₹3,000 for a single BSNL connection. I have been asked to pay this amount apart from the official BSNL charges. @JM_Scindia

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @TRAI the response provided is same as previous response and is nit satisfactory. Please provide relevant details as to when proper communication was done by BSNL to customer. Proof that proper communication was done . Timeline given to the client and how many days.
