    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Today I was informed via BSNL helpline that the MCA complaint option has been removed. If true, this is shocking! My MCA issue remains unresolved for months. Instead of fixing the problem, BSNL is removing the option itself. Kindly clarify & act.

    @venkadais No, BSNL is not generally using Vodafone Idea (VI) towers. BSNL is deploying its own 4G/5G infrastructure, with over 95,000 towers installed as of 2025. There was temporary network sharing allowed in flood-hit areas like Mandi in July 2025, but no ongoing nationwide agreement.

    @Ravisutanjani This partnership is good as it will open new points to get BSNL SIM as not only the network but procuring the SIM is a difficult task. Also, they should go with Home Delivery as they already have partnered with India Post. The 2nd thing they need to work on is the network.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I'M from Lakshmisagar,Bankura,West Bengal-722160.Whenever there is a power cut in this locality,BSNL network shuts down immediately and the signal comes back at least 25 minutes after the power supply comes back.Such kind of network disruption is going on since last 5 months.

    @BSNLCorporate Just went to pay my bsnl landline bill . Customer service is pathetic and bad . Employees are ill mannered . Behaved very badly with me . What's the point on keeping these ill mannered people on govt payroll . They are enjoying govt benefits and behaving very badly

    @Ravisutanjani @BINAYNIMODIA When last time central allocated funds for BSNL I thought they will give better RC plan and atleast 2g signals but they failed to implement both like min RC 147 I think and poor courage
