    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    Hello, I upgraded my BSNL FTTH plan from TB Plan to Fibre Premium Plus. I'm getting only 55Mb on Downloading and 1Mb uploading speed only. My plan is 200Mb on Both Download and Upload. But I am not getting it. Need Help. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl has been down 4 days this month which 13% of the time, will we customer have to pay for this? Above is straight forward days rest other is still discounted of speed issues.

    @BSNLCorporate within 3 months in my bank account. It's been over 15 months I never got my amount back. I had to go to Airtel and using it's fibre since then hassle free. This company will be shutdown for sure if people don't change their attitude or Govt should do privatization of BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Please extend your necessary support for 24*7 round the clock Tele Network for BANITO area Kujang Block, Jagatsinghpur Dist of Odisha. We the BSNL consumers suffering a lot in getting poor service and ZERO service in absence of power supply.
