    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    My no is 07929602996 my land line fibre connection closed from 18/05/2021 and till date my problem not resolved. Its 8 days Now I don’t want BSNL every time my complaints takes 7 days. Now, i have paid one year plan.Please close my connection and refund my all money please.

    Very irritating situation. OTP's are not comming on my multiple bsnl no's in darbhanga. All my payments got stuck...surely move to another network as this phenomenon is quite often. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR
