    Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @DoT_India It's been consecutively 5 months since i have get bsnl FTTH services installed.Not a single day has passed when i haven't faced any problems with your services. On top of that atleast 15 days every month there is no service at all. Shame on you!

    @HelviusC @cvkrishnan How many private companies in the country are capable of building fighter jets ? they are not making consumer goods, so comparison with BSNL is stupid.

    @DoT_India @DoT_India Thnx fo action but please add below information BSNL Exchange Barauli Ahir Agra, DGM- Piyush Divedi Already informed to DGM/GM as well about this but no solution since 6 months.Thr is no higher authority for esclate issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL tnx for consideration. we have seen two most common issue that interrupt service several time. i.e. 1. flood of river, cable need stronger sheet for protection. 2. backlogs of electricity Due/bill payment hence electric board cutdowns electricity.

    @BSNLCorporate Oh! Not again, Once again BSNL mobile network vanished at Peenya 7th Main, 14 th cross Bangalore 560058. @AshwiniVaishnaw Mr Minister, really pathetic service by BSNL Karnataka. Are these ppl encouraging thier subscribers to port to Pvt telecom operators? Really disgusting.!!

    @BSNLCorporate I have a connection of BSNL fiber I have changed my plan to Rs 999 and the speed given in plan is 200 Mbps but I get very less speed even when I see vedios in youtube the vedio can't play (buffering) Please solve this issue
