Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

@AmitShah @narendramodi Sir, the problem with MTNL and BSNL is their services are not efficient. The employees are not ready to work. Unless the administration is streamlined and managers become focused the additional help given by Modiji will be wasted.

These third party service guys forces us to buy there modem/ routers which they fix the price which is lower than the actual price online. Currently i have two routers sold for bsnl Bharath fiber connection from two different locations.

@HocusPocusPiza @ANI Because if there is a good bsnl signal in your area then that means less user you got good speed Also bsnl packs are cheaper then other service providers

@narendramodi Sir ji, whoever gave suggestions to upgrade BSNL to 4G for rural network are not correct. 5G network works perfectly for 4G devices. BSNL should upgrade to 5G not 4G. For the same money they can get 5G spectrum licence/tie-up with winner for rural areas.

@ajitdatta @IndiaSpeaksPR Revival for what? I have visited different bsnl offices5-6 times in my life,in a office of 7-8 ppl, at any given time I couldn't see more than 2. Pathetic service, company deserves to be dissolved

@Ravisutanjani I am a huge admirer of the modi goverment but i strongly condemned the relive package, i think bsnl should now be sold out and people saying bsnl give service in rural areas so government should incentivise private player instead of setting up bsnl in rural areas.

@ashwinmahesh Looks like worser than Air India! At least Air India had a purpose n representation was international.. Who is really interested in BSNL!? Last 10-15 years customer base has been declining, what more can tell govt to reduce/stop this!?

@BSNLCorporate @Comefeelme_9 For the past 15 days I have been unable to access the internet on BSNL 4G sim when I visited the Customer Service Point they asked to replace the SIM card and then also not able to access the internet

BSNL has worked hard and earned new abbreviation; Bade Sade Nithalle Log @BSNLCorporate is the real lootera; Half the time network doesn't work. Make a new recharge and ongoing recharge is gone! I sincerely wish @BSNLCorporate an early privatisation...

@BSNL_KOTD I even called 03322290000. The person who answered was more concerned about my money getting credited back into my account as the recharge didn't process through. Is there anyone genuinely interested to help bsnl and their customers? @BSNLCorporate
