  Sir ,@rsprasad In Birpur(854340) district-Supaul every service providers either BSNL,Airtel or Jio are in worst condition. Net speed is 30-50kbps and we are talking about digital India. For us it's still very hard to imagine.

  @mashrujeet @airtelindia Now VI is shutting help desk centre and they don't answer to customer care after 12 pm to 6 in morning?! After JIo , GOI and Airtel swallowing VI customer will be left with three option jio airtel and bsnl All three provide net also , but VI only provide sim service

  @bsnl_care Colaba, Mumbai me, BSNL network avilable nahi hai kiya? Show on mobile devices No Service. If there is no facility in Mumbai city. What is an alternative option.

  Inspite of repeated complaints nothing done by bsnl to restore my mobile outgoing. Since recharge of one year plan in sept 2025 the outgoing always not working & whenever try to dial outgoing call failed will be displayed. Docket open & close by bsnl. @JM_Scindia

  @bsnl_care U r most disgusting network in this nation I don't understand govt sells the spectrum to private players but it can't use the high band network for BSNL wat CHUTHYA concept So BSNL users r IDIOTS ?? Calls breaks down and internet is the worst part sala BSNL is stil in 1990s

  @FactswithDinesh BSNL is already doing great in remotest parts of India , I have see starlink service in US it’s pathetic and too slow and unreliable
