@BSNLCorporate Issue resolved. But don't like to visit #bsnl office again & again. I observed most of the employees forcing to opt for FRC Rs.249. She asked me to pay while having mnp itself. Worst part is she won't do FRC until you remind her again. Better keep online option for FRC.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BIHAR BSNL should relaunch its validity voucher of Rs 36 for six months and it should also improve its network coverage with 3G connectivity everywhere in India.

@BSNL_BR Every night bsnl 3g is not available. That is from 7 pm to 7 am. This is a constant problem from last 2 months. My location- Vill- Bhatchaura, Dist - Madhubani. Pin-847228. Data speed is nice only problem is that it is not available everytime.

This is unfortunate complaint dated 07/08/22 for the landline dead from many days @DoT_India and number dm to @BSNLCorporate and they're informing it would take more 7-10 days affecting work, request BSNL to pursue and confirm the time period for sure restoration of services

@ifar786 @teamnegotium Why would BSNL be developed? Where is the innovation? Government companies are always loss-making. Never profitable. When there is no competition, where is the incentive to be innovative ?

@Airtel_Presence Placed a request thrice in the course of 10 days to port from BSNL to Airtel. Leave doorstep KYC my request have not been registered yet. No way to even track the request. This much hurdle just to change to Your network.Thinking of going with @ViCustomerCare

@BSNLCorporate Shall i port? I waited expecting the tower issue will be solved but it's been 3 months i believe and I can't take it anymore. I thought by 15th Aug BSNL will announce of 4g/5g service but don't hear any news on that. It's better to pay little more for stable service.
