We are loosing faith on public sector like BSNL and many others because of thier services. Gov of India plz insure better service otherwise all international company will take over all our public sector. Complaint status Resolved but not resolved yet. #BSNLSeva #DOTSeva

Hi @CMDBSNL I have opted in for BSNL fibre 599 plan in which 60 MBPS is the speed. It worked well few days then it started creating issues and now the speed is worst than mobile data.I called the technician (Bablu) who installed it, He is rejecting my call.

@BSNL_UKD @BsnlCmd we are some last remaining customers of bsnl landline n it’s not working 4 last 6 months, after multiple complaints your staff at Raipur exchange in dehradun has refused to take steps 2 restore service n sending bill every month which we hav been paying.

If anybody thinking of BSNL WIFI then I personally recommend you don't make this kind of mistake,as I am already facing a lot of problem with this WiFi on daily basis, I had called executives also on daily basis but they didn't provide me any resolution.@BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate Previously in our community there were more than 70 bsnl consumers and due to this issue most of them switched to different provider. Now again same story is repeating again and dur to instability and no permanent solution, remaining user will also move out of bsnl connection

@BSNLCorporate Recently ported my no. to BSNL but network is very poor in our area. Also there is no way to activate VOLTE service. Sending sms 53733 doesn't work.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK what a terrible service. I can't even change my Bsnl fibre plan without going to your office. The tariff plans are different there as shown on the ur website, no wonder why ur a constantly in loss. A simple thing cannot be done without an application.
