    We are loosing our faith on public sector like BSNL and many others becoz of thier services. GOI plz insure better service otherwise all international companies will take over all of our public sector. Complaints are resolved without any action. #BSNLSeva #DOTSeva #PublicSector

    Whenever we get power down issues, automatically bsnl broadband connection is also going down even we use inverter in our home, here some operator needs to connect to the server manually and it takes time again to connect to my VPN.

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur BSNL FTTH Fibre plan. Very bad experiences. My plan is of 60 Mbps, but receiving speed only 27 Mbps. My complaint No. : 1059813107 and 1059815147 closed without any visit. Issue not resolved. Owner of Prasad Telecom is saying that you close your account from bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate I requested twice to resolve my grievance regarding bsnl selfcare portal for login issue. I can't login into said portal whenever be I'm trying to login in portal that shows me you have login 60 days before even I didn't get otp if i reset the same. 01932292963

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate BSNL still lagging behind in automation. Consumer Net connectivity is being stopped unless until they send a email of deposit prove receip2BSNL. In this ICT age why there's no auto validation of rental fee deposit. Uninterrupted service.

    @BSNL_HR bsnl fiber broadband is one of the bad service in kurukshetra.i got a plan of 799Rs.100mbps plan and speed giving below 30mbps.some times its giving only 10 to 12 mbps.technician said.install dual band wifi and it will give you 100mbps.what kind of logic is this.

    @TheOfficialSBI My Dad's phone was stolen and police complaint took so much time that he couldn't block the sim. The Bsnl sim is connected to bank account. Please help.
