    @soamjena In Nayapalli only bsnl fiber is available. No other fiber service provider available here. Not even Jio fiber. But they will occur this area soon.

    @BSNL_OR I am unable to login to BSNL Self care portal with my username and password. Over the last one year I have done multiple visits to BSNL office but no help. Whatever username/password they give it does not work.

    @JioCare And even BSNL is serving better than @jio with their 3G network,, you guys are boosting for 5G , primarily work on your 4G network and make it worth using then try for 5G..

    @TRAI Hello team, i have recently used porting to change from bsnl to Jio. Is it mandatory to wait 90days to change my network to anyother or is there a way to get porting number by doing sms to 1900. Please suggest me, i immediately need to change my network to another.

    @BSNLCorporate If BSNL is so bother for prompt service then it will remain no1 not no 2 or 3 . Horrible service and staff. Whenever there is landline portability I will be among few who will switch to either airtel or jio

    I am using 2 official (08322865210 & 08322865774) and 2 personal( 08322663665 & 08322715606) BSNL Land line and Broadbad. Last 15 days service is irregular and customer care is missing @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @TRAI Dear BSNL, after lodging 7 consecutive complaints in last 15 days for same issue for my BSNL fibre broadband still the issue remains unresolved but it's being closed each time without getting resolved nor attended. It's really embarrassing!!!

    @HathwayBrdband All is fake. Very bad service. Don't go for hathway at any cost. Those who already have a connection please switch to airtel/tata/bsnl FTTH. Very good uninterrupted connection at same price.

    @BSNLCorporate Public office landline dead for a week now. No one ready to attend complaint at Shahdol Bsnl office. There's hardly any staff ever present.
