    @rsprasad Respected Sir, May I bring to your kind notice Why people hate BSNL? I had bsnl, brodband, but its'mostly not working behaviour compelled me to get it stop. Recently I got FTTT fibre, the nature has not chnged. Whole day today it was out of order.

    Bsnl please upgrade your parour exchnge to fiber service. In my circle many user want fiber connection and vender ready to provide connection. But BSNL not upgrade parour exchnge under the Palampur exchnge (01894). So PLASE take action TRAI @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @gmtddma

    @narendramodi ji @rsprasad ji I work for an IT company and currently doing WFH due to covid situations. But in my town the network bandwidth is very low, also I raised application for bsnl fiber 1.5 months back they are also not replying to my request. PIN:210207 Please help🙏

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate From last 3 days my BSNL fiber broadband is not working. Tried informing the contact person, but no response. Raised complain but one auto closed and don’t know the status of other one. Very pathetic service. This makes me think for other ISPs.

    @BSNLCorporate When power cuts in our area tower signal goes off because of poor and old backup system in Bsnl ,switch old Sim with 4G Sim thought that it will work better but no 4G network even worst service.Again thought to change in private company sim Dist. Kondagaon Bastar Chhattisgarh

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate Since last 3 days, I have been calling for broadband complaint. Continuously interrupted services..Customer care replies 48 hours TAT. It's more than 72 hours..today's reply..services will resume on Monday #COMPLAINT #BSNL
