    It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate No BSNL network for the last 3 days. Shockingly, whenever electricity goes off, the network also disappears. I’ve been complaining about this issue for the last 2–3 years, yet there’s still no improvement. Please resolve this urgently! @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

    @JM_Scindia Dear Sir, Jo 70 salo mein nahe hua tha oh abhe tak bhe nahe hua hai in District Shrawasti some of the Villages still BSNL Network bot available forget about 3G, 4G or 5G, BSNL cant provide signal for Voice call only . And Great think Airtel and Jio network services is so pathetic but hume Bardast karna parega kyonki apne inke alaawa koe other service provider chhoda he nahe hai ko people have some alternate to PORT .

    Hey @BSNLCorporate, could you please activate your OTP service soon? 🙏 I can't log into my BSNL self-care app. Even post offices use your network for daily tasks, and it's quite laggy. 😤 We need this fixed! 📱 #BSNL
