    @BSNLCorporate Sir, The issue I purposely kept pending by BSNL ALIBAG for some reason.Modem is ok and checked in front of technicians at BSNL Alibag by sify team. Mr.Koli is not receiving phone call now.Modem is working properly at other office. Pl provide solution .Public complaint increased.

    I was contacted by the BSNL team and they said there will be no wire charge, also the BSNL sales team will contact me. but they never called me again after giving me a reference number for formality. Is this how it will happen? My Reference number:-5000949533

    @BSNL_PB How much wait exactly? It's been more than two months or more. We are now considering reaching out to the Govt. Officials about our issue as it seems like BSNL staff is not ready to help us out.

    @SnehalP01874345 Sir, At present there is a technical issue of BSNL at Valsad Sugar Factory Post office. The Matter has already been taken with BSNL Authority. On account of this, all kind of work is held up at Valsad Sugar Factory S.O. Hoping for your co-operation.
