It is very painful to say that people landing in Mumbai with BSNL connection can't communicate. Pl try to sign MoU with other Operator so that people are not punished for BSNL sim.

Where has govt monopoly in India been good? BSNL sucks. Railways suck Air India sucked. Private competition is necessary. Abolition is not the solution.

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

abhay kumar (@abhaytherock) reported@BSNLCorporate very poor service BSNL Mahanagar, Lucknow they force cutomer to pay in cash while UPI available in Gkmti Nagar, Nagar Branch. Service is pathentic, customers are ignored and forced to wait while employees are talking with each others. BSNL Mahanagar
