What ******** is this BSNL here I'm giving online examination and suddenly internet stops working now who will be responsible for this? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW And your service person never pick-ups the call this is the worst service i Have ever experienced from any operator.

Finally this is clear now, BSNL have disabled access to Facebook Application on their network seriously 🤔 government has directed to block tiktok not Facebook! What's wrong? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW today is 3rd day can't access Facebook Application on BSNL FIBER connection!

@BSNL_ka_Bandhan @rajatgaur28 Facebook doesn't have any issues BSNL NETWORK has issues using VPN on bsnl network works fine on Facebook it means their is issue from bsnl network they might have used any URL filter that's why unable to use facebook application on bsnl FTTH

@CMDBSNL it has been more than 6 month. There is no signal in prepaid mobile in Kumar ganj Ayodhya location. Even people can't port there no. Because they can't send the port message. Many people already leave BSNL. @BSNL_UPE @BSNLCorporate

@CMDBSNL I was complain by bsnl selfcare portal with complain no 1055151775 at 2-10-21. But this close without resolution its indicate poor service of bsnl and provide fake data for better service to customer with quick resolution in complain in the market .

In Netaji Subhash telephone exchange (2566) u will see lack of staffs to solve problems quickly. In which way to making only one company no. 1 ; BSNL is getting treated as step child it's getting very bad for all Indians.

@BSNLCorporate Having FTTH connection. Internet not working since 3 days. Complained several times and got assurance to get resolved within 2 hrs. When calling local office they say we cannot provide service switch to different operator. Is this kind of service BSNL provides?

@BSNLCorporate Sir I haven't used even a single MB for my study from last 15-20 days. You also ignore our problem because you don't want to settle any dispute. Be responsible towards ur customer,otherwise oneday there will be no customer of BSNL and U will also become unemployed.
