I'm facing the problem and these guys are not paying any attention, while they are promoting bsnl fiber which is In hand of private guys.. @DoT_India

The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 months’ advance payment so that customers can’t even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then “Digital India” is truly in safe hands. Kindly resolve the issue instead of ignoring customers. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH

All Fin.Activity depend upon OTP.But the response over ‘X’by BSNL seems as they are much anxious than the sufferer customers. No eyewash more please

Since BSNL is hardly useful for stable Wi-Fi, dependency will shift towards private telecom companies, and these companies have already increased data prices by 25% (likely to increase more in 2026-27). Regulation should happen simultaneously, not just asking people to adjust without providing an existing solution.

The jio engineer who visited us said there is a break in wire on the terrace(which is locked). As it's a Sunday the wire isn't available(felt like old BSNL). Who can help me with internet restoration?
