    @BSNLCorporate You just keep saying same thing again and again. But my problem is not resolved. @BSNLCorporate @Paytm why it is not solved even after 3 days. What kind of mockery is that. Not a single call from any of you. Any future payment will be at halt and BSNL will be prompt to call.

    @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, after complaining many times regarding network coverage no action has been taken to improve the network coverage, it seems @BSNL_KTK top officials are getting something from private service provider for not improving BSNL Network.

    We are struggling with internet being down as we can’t attend office meetings nor can my children attend online classes. We pay the entire annual fees upfront and yet receive shoddy service. BSNL doesn’t bother to attend to complaints and get customers to run from pillar to post

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate I have raised a complaint with BSNL for my faulty Telephone and internet. My number is 040-29706010, without addressing the issue they have closed it saying it’s been resolved.on follow up we have been asked to raise another complaint.

    Call centres are pathetic, every time we call they say raise a complaint and give a resolution time of 3 days and even after repeated follow ups the issue doesn’t get fixed. Can you kindly ask BSNL to be sensitive to customer complaints during this time of pandemic.

    @BSNLCorporate My recharge validity will expire on dt.19.09.21 my data balnace remain 1gb more last 90 days not consumed & so it will laps,due to very poor network & data speed at my home area,so we unable to consume data.why BSNL not improving network & data speed. @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw
