Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they are not return my amount..bad service

I have enough validity and main balance. But I can't send my port message. airtel customer care told me that only unlimited plans have sms sending facility. So, it is unfair. Look after the matter

Due to non availability of BSNL net, link has been failed at Naikanidihi SO. However, the matter has been escalated to higher Authority of BSNL and being monitored regularly for restoration of Network and smooth operation of Postal Work.
