    @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence I am a airtel customer. But now I want to port in Bsnl. I have enough validity and main balance. But I can't send my port message. airtel customer care told me that only unlimited plans have sms sending facility. So, it is unfair. Look after the matter

    @BSNLCorporate I port my vodafone number 7890597116 to BSNL on 23rd Feb 2019, from yesterday network was gone from Vodafone sim but not yet the BSNL network has come.. Kindly help me. @VodafoneIN

    @BSNLCorporate On 21/11/22 I have done 108/- recharge via mobiwik (Operator ref no. - 3291327158). Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they are not return my amount..bad service

    @BSNLCorporate Whenever there is a power cut in our area BSNL network also gets disturbed resulting in a lot of inconvenience. Not only that, the signal is off(or very low) for almost a day once there is a power cut.

    BSNL AUTHORITIES should be punished. Since ..this National Network is not supporting ,and working appropriately.I am travelling through Delhi Kolkata Rajdhani, from Ranigunge to Burdwan and till now net has nt bn registered.Declining registration

    @BSNLCorporate I call to the customer care no 1503 at 6:47 PM from my bsnl no 9163319737 for knowing monthly unlimited local & national call, but one of your executive persoon tell me if you will do recharge Rs.74/- for two months validity you can call every day 100 minutes call.

    @TRAI @TRAI My BSNL Plan 197 shows validity till 23 April on the app, but services stopped on 15 April. Customer care says it expired early and refused to register a complaint. Is it allowed to reduce plan validity for ongoing recharge? Kindly intervene #ConsumerRights

    @BSNLEmployees Ok. Got it. Surely I meant all employees but the issue highlighted here is to be sorted by BSNL employees and government. The corruption surely start in higher echelons but if lower employees left for their dignity government would have been held accountable.
