The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

@BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

@BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

My BSNL account number 9040564186 and plan is Rs.599 + GST which will be Rs.706 but everymonth my invoice is created with Rs. 813.00. Raised a complaint at Perundurai service center multiple times. No actions for the last 10 months. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

@Asifrahmanmolla @PTI_News BSNL is an unproductive white elephant sitting on the taxpayers shoulders. One call to the BSNL customer care proves how unprofessional they are. The UPA government attempted many times to offload BSNL in the past. By the way the how many of you have BSNL sim in your mobiles?

@BSNL_AS link issues in AGVB Srirampur Branch (Dist: Kokrajhar) since yesterday. The local bsnl authorities say that due to a card heating problem they won't be able to provide internet service. This is outrageous. Kindly look into the matter.

It's 12:15 am and a team of 5-6 people from @reliancejio are repairing a major fault outside my house. On the other hand when I had BSNL they didn't came for 3 months to repair the broken broadband cable, #privatisation creates difference.
