The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

@BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

@BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

Dear @BSNL_BR at Pin code 821305, Area- Jamuhar, District Rohtas (Bihar) their is no network connection of BSNL even 2G. Please increase your spectrum, at least we will use H+ service at that place. Why you are stay back in the high speed internet? @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate Please look into complaint no 1055525223. Landline no. 0832-2358050. Location- Sonal, Valpoi, Sattari, North Goa, Goa- 403506. Bsnl Exchange- Savordem, Valpoi. BB and Landline are completely out of order and the same problem is constantly faced by us.

There is Airtel and Jio fibre in the city but they are still to pull cables to my place. They are trying since an year now. BSNL is highly overpriced and has complex process to get connection. Work from home is becoming difficult. Please help here @rsprasad @

@BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL team, you are confusing the issue. Please check your response on Apr 16, 2021. My security refund of Rs.1146 was supposed to be refunded in 2 parts of Rs.573 each. I have received only one of them on Mar 22, 2021. Please suggest when will I receive the 2nd part of it.
