    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    BSNL FTTH speed is slow for more than 10 days now. I have 50 Mbps plan and it's only giving me max speed of 24 Mbps. When i contat in BSNL office then they say that there's something wrong from top places...and that's it Region - Dumraon, Buxar, Bihar @bsnl4 @BSNLCorporate

    We know what reliance jio has done With his customers after demolishing BSNL. Now its Kotak mahindra waiting PSBs to get vanished from the country with the help of their dear govt. Speakers please speak. Watchers just silently watch. @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia

    @asgunassekaran @airtelindia Yes I faced the same issue, deactivated airtel switched to bsnl fibre and that is pretty good and good response to issues as well..

    @BSNLCorporate @with_boom I think it's not working in whole Jamshedpur because I also use BSNL and I also have same problem
