    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @cgmbsnlkerala My residence is just around 3 km from the local exchange .. how bsnl get profitable if this the situation . Customer need the connection but BSNL won't provide . Other private fiber service available but I am not interested... If u can do anything plz do

    Sir, I am trying to get UPC. I sent many times Porting request. But I can't receive the UPC. The Customer care executive said that is something wrong with BSNL service. This is happening Since more than one month. Please help me in this regard.
