    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @BSNLCorporate It is high time Govt should privatize BSNL as their service is horrible. People working there perhaps think since they have central govt job , there is no need to work & they will get paid till they retire without doing any work.

    Hi Sir, will we get the permanent solution of this BSNL FTTH speed, server & fluctuation in Ayodhya Faizabad SSA Every hour the line is disconnected due to speed server and fluctuations. we are facing it for last 2-3 months nobody is listening everyone is switching off the phone.

    @BSNLCorporate I reported my problem on 11-May via Compalint No. 1055450484, today is 12-June. After 1 month My problem is still not resolved on top of that #BSNL has sent me bill. What should I do? #disgusting

    The pathetic reason are giving like battery is not at exchange, power cut at exchange, exchange is down, wire cut....other service provider like jio airtel den and railtel also providing same services in the area but their services are not as pathetic as bsnl
