    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNLCorporate 2) They keep citing that there are no connections in the area, if they will continue doing the same there will never be any connections in the area. Broadband is there in the village, but the BSNL office employees refuse to give new connection of that also

    I had applied for an MNP, on 8/7/2021 I got message from bsnl as it's accepted and mentioned that it will be completed on 23/7/2021 But till now not activated or no signal in bsnl sim, @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCare

    @BSNL_BR With 2G network or Even No service area ? I don't have any complain with @BSNLCorporate infact i fell sorry for the Situation of BSNL. It's the Duty of Telicom minister to Maintain the dignity of our own BSNL. 3G is available only in select Cities! Useless Telicom minister 👎
