@BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

@BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

@BSNL_BR I visited BSNL customer service center in Hyderabad but they said it will resolve only in the state where this number belong. Now tell me to activate this number I ll have to go to Bihar. Is this fair to a customer ?
