    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @bsnl_care Just wonderful. @BSNLCorporate is so fast at closing the issue that within two minutes they promptly closed the docket. If at all the same speed is observed at resolving the issue, bsnl would have been doing wonders in Indian telecom sector. Shameless bsnl team full of liars.

    @BSNLCorporate DO NOT USE BSNL. Frequent disconnection in Landline and FTTH connection leading to disruptive services. Worst customer service by BSNL. Only interested in billing and collecting bills but no complaint resolution or providing better services.

    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    @PremRawani1787 Hi, Greetings of the day! To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT < > your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM, and the porting process will take around 7 working days. During this time, your number may be temporarily inactive, and once the porting is complete, your BSNL SIM will be activated. Regards, BSNL Care (Kusum)
