    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @JioCare This is the era of competition market. Other Fiber Connection are available in our area i.e. BSNL / Airtel. And I am waiting for your response since 1 Month. If you want to grow your business, you have to be very cautious/responsible. But your service is not satisfactory. Gd luck

    @BSNL_BR I had installed BSNL Fiber with activation of ₹919 monthly and giving speed of 1 and lesser than 1mbps. Issue is not giving speed regularly,due to this my work is affected. I am regularly trying to connect with your team i.e. JE AND SDO

    @ICICIBank_Care Ur representative called.I explnd the problem that sms to verify mobile number for imobile app is not going .he said pl contact ur mobile service provider.i contacted bsnl.they said all ok from their side but Some number of icici has been shut down. pl check at ur side & resolve

    @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate Here in Nanded(MH) pin 431605 from last two days no network and this is happening on a frequent basis in District level City. Please look into network issues first. Local teams & BSNL don't care about customers. #BSNL #bsnl_maharashtra

    @ViCustomerCare Despite confirmation from ur Corporate regardin 100 rs pm bill discount as compensatn 4the FRAUD ACT &trauma caused by ISD activation & 3 Months chrgs & Unresolved BSNL calls disconnectn issue, but its still nt active. Shame. Is this ur PROFESSIONALISM.

    @BSNLCorporate shows itself on losses every year. Despite this, the @FinMinIndia gives them double the money every year. Then BSNL makes sure that its service doubly shoddy and ruined and like every time the blame falls on the small employees. And now a days on Franchisee.

    @BSNLCorporate It's FTTH plan and no internet is working since one week. Twice I have raised the complaint on bsnl self care. No resolution so far. LL: 01577294600

    @airtelindia I requested for AirtelBlack. Was given connection promptly on the same day. But since the next morning it’s not working. I was better off with BSNL! 🤔

    @BSNLCorporate I am BSNL user since 2007, Happy to be part of 4g service Pls provide competative rate Private walon ne free ka lolipop dikha. Ke now they are charging near to rs 800 Hehe
