The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

@BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

@BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I'm are not Able to receive UPC code, the customer care representative says there is something wrong with the BSNL servers. This is happening since more than month. Kindly fix this soon.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Sir, today is the 13th day and the complaint is not resolved. BSNL needs to have complaint cell audited. Probably this is the reason people make fun of govt. owned companies and their work culture. I expect compensation of the academic and business loss due to this delay

@VodafoneIdeaIN Worst Customer Service. I went to Gaurav Tower Jaipur Store to confirm about my Wife's previous mobile no. 9414780297 which was ported in Vodafone in 2012 and due to recharge missing it got disconnected in 2017. Firstly Executive told that it had gone back to BSNL
