    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @PMOIndia Dear Sir, require your support . My mother was retired from BSNL . Now she is suffering with lots of other health issue . We have raised the claim to BSNL but they are always saying we don’t have funds to give our employees. Government is not giving any funds .

    @JioCare Well just today i switched from BSNL to jio fiber thinking of better service but the ping in games is very high like litrally double In valorant i normally have 20 to 30 ping but in jio fiber i get 40 to 50 why

    @BSNLCorporate Whenever there is no electricity, Network of Bsnl also stops in Bhakrod village of Nagaur district (Rajasthan) I have complained regarding this issue earlier also but no solution.

    @narendramodi @ianuragthakur Sir I ahve been following up with BSNL to resolve my internet issue. No one is helping from @BSNLCorporate , they have closed the complaint without checking with me. It's been 3months no one has solved the issue.
