    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNL_KTK BSNL KTK please focus your attention to customer grievances. I have taken a BSNL fibre postpaid BB connection only 3 weeks back. Yesterday the BB has stopped functioning. Complained on SMS. Waiting to speak to someone. No one available. Lineman disconnects without answering. ?

    Jio provides no customer service, their app, chatbot is quite useless. It takes ages for problems to be solved. I am JioFiber, JioSim, VodafoneIdea and Airtel user. Sometimes I miss BSNL/MTNL.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL is taking bills on time then why not pay back the customer their security deposit refunds on time? its already 14 months past...

    Jio 199 n 198 is a machine, complaints dont get regd. BSNL/MTNL 198 n 199 were far superior, operator gv a complaint no.. vodafoneidea app is better, issues get resolved faster.
