    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Your 4g rarely works with network drops. And coming to data pheeww.. never seen it work.. When it comes to responsibility and resolution of issues BSNL stands last.

    @jerrry_03 @yabhishekhd @bhulani_anjan Hi Jerry, I share the same area as yours. Don't expect 4G in Delhi. BSNL's provides services in Delhi with infrastructure and network of MTNL but operated and managed by BSNL Haryana Circle. And MTNL is a 3G Only network as of now. #BSNLDelhi

    @airtelindia Totally disappointed! No network - not even a single signal point from almost a month in Hyderabad and also in Vijayawada. This is for most of the users. I'm porting to bsnl as they atleast provide signal irrespective of 3g or 4g. Something is better than nothing.

    In field BSNL employees are not getting even 100 rupees for 8-10 hrs of hard work in OFC maintanence. 3rd PRC not implemented till date despite BSNL works in service sector.allowances hasn't been revised since 28 yrs.

    @CMDBSNL When will BSNL 4G and 5G arrive in Mumbai? Now there is only scarcely available MTNL 3G for customers of public sector telecom services. Even 2G coverage is very poor in Mumbai.

    Daily internet not working on my BSNL broadband in Pali. Complaints raised many times — still no resolution. After complaint, BSNL just texts me “internet resolved” without even checking. But in reality, still no internet. #BSNL #InternetDown #Pali @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ

    @Ravisutanjani And also add Severe punishment to BSNL Employee you mistreat or neglect the issues of customers. A belt treatment must be given to each day and night.
