@BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

@BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

@BSNLCorporate When bsnl will start 1 customer care for 1 India. If MH customer outside from state like JK and calling to 1503 for complaint JK c/care said call to MH c/care and MH said call to JK. This is so embarrassing. Why made separate customer care???

@BSNLCorporate Tried reaching accounsts officer , but no one is picking up any of the above numbers! Please clear the issue at the earliest. If the customer doesn't pay the bill, he/she has to pay late fee/penalty similarly BSNL should also be responsible and refund customers immediately !

My telephone no 03325761990 with broadband has been out of order since 16.05.22 . After lodging complain bsnl dropped the complain as resolved without any act.If BSNL wants I can give 5 docket no .No action till date.What poor service @BSNL_KOTD @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate

@TheOfficialSBI I am talking about Talegaon branch 0011129. Frequent problem are faced by people regarding ATM, recycling machine is not working. Why don’t they take BSNL FTTH CONNECTION FOR NET which is reliable fast and cheaper.BSNL office is not even 1 km away. @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @gopi_kanaujia Without useless implicitly, You mean "go to kolkata". So, it is the worst(almost deadly) choice to give bsnl as primary sim option. Despite few affordable plans, bsnl managed only 9% of subscribers. Ask yourselves why don't you have such important necessities, but wanna survive
