    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    Now I started feeling that BSNL broadband(Air fiber) services are useless, It's hopeless service from hopeless company. If issue won't resolved shortly I'll unsubscribe.

    He also said that no support is being provided by the BSNL. He is bearing all the expenses on his own. With this attitude, I highly doubt you'll be able to provide connections in the rural area. Ground reality check? @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate Yes it is... But you know it took almost 5 days 😐 And till the local cable providers not responded,bsnl employees directly resolved the issue. My qs is why @BSNL_KL providing ftth through this irresponsible cable operators 😐😐😐 They were treating us like $_@_&

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate I'm trying to change LL plan from VALUE ALL CUL to Super Value BSNL CUL plan thru the Selfcare portal. While submitting the change, it says "Combo plan exists, change in service is not applicable". I don't have combo plan. CC has no idea. Let me know.
