    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @TRAI This is the ability of BSNL that it has not been able to fix the problem of UPS for the last 6 months. Whenever the main power supply is turned off, the internet is switched off, BSNL knows that the equipment placed in NFL Greater Noida Society is not on UPS.

    @rsprasad Dear sir,for new BSNL FTTH connection,I paid Rs. 5577(Installtion charge Rs.2000,Modem Rs.2800,Rs.777 as refundable deposit).I heard tht Union govt provides connection without Installation/Modem costs.Kindly help to reimburse back d excess amount what I paid. @PMOIndia
