    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    My BSNL LL has not been working for 2 months. Everytime I raise a complaint online, BSNL_Chennai has been updating the status as 'RESOVED' without actually resolving the issue. Callous & irresponsible attitude by Chennai telephones. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate Is it not surprising that when BSNL has facility to apply for fiber connections through online, I applied thrice and also got responses from BSNL that connection will be provided within a week and when connection is not provided and raised this issue here first you ask 1/3

    Hi BSNL, I have sent the application to the bsnl official regarding disconnecting my bharat fibre for poor service on 26.12.22. But no action taken till date. Why is so much delay in only just disconnection of any service. And who will pay the bill for ur carelessness.

    @anjusabu Am holding on to it,too. It was the only phone that worked during floods and earthquake when all mobile phones jammed and all pvt telephones were down. Will give up if Reliance or Adani buy it - till then #BSNL
