@BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

@BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

@BSNL_BR why are you Robing the customers in the name of Bharat fiber..5.5k got wasted by this useless connection...can't attend a single meeting . Bsnl should be banned because of it's poor service. It should be bogus fiber instead of bharat fiber.

@BSNLCorporate I think BSNL could not able to compete with private players who is dealing with 5G & BSNL still not having 4G . They are still having 3G technology. I have withdrawal my complaint after knowing truth. Govt should think to upgrade the BSNL.

@DoT_India Sorry to say, Nothing is happening. Still facing same issue of no internet services in my area. Once talked to WiFi choupal officials come to know that problem is still there with BSNL and nobody is willing to resolve. #DigitalIndia reality.

@devusinh @DoT_India Airtel employee and jio employee speak , you bsnl worker make your own network worst , so that other private company get beniffited. check in some Bihar village area u don’t have mobile tower , but other private company tower present.bsnl employee love your country and your duty
