    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK What is wrong with your billing department/ section? Why you people disconnect the network on the date of bill generation instead of due date? Why does the bill amount differ every time? Seems as if bsnl is not properly working. Resolve my concern.

    @CMDBSNL Mr. Ji has to say with great regret I have been compliant for 1weekNo solution has been done till date. Closed the Complaint of this number 01842960739 on his own free will If you cannot provide service to the customer, then stop the entire BSNL.

    Hey @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate it has been one week since my land line in Bangalore is dead. I have been to the bsnl office 3 times after online complaint was booked and docket number obtained to get it repaired. Daily calls to your 1800 number. Nothing! My patients are suffering.

    @satyamysore I changed from Bsnl to Airtel, airtel charges a bomb fr its pre paid service yet pathetic signal and data speed even in the middle of city.

    @CGMBSNLJKD Phone is dead since Jan 2021. This complaint was never resolved, however fraudulently ‘resolved’ SMS was sent thrice for separate docket numbers. SDE Ashok Nagar said over phone that ‘he doesn’t know when it will be repaired’. It is painful to be customer of BSNL.
