@BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

@BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

@BSNL_KOTD I have taken a BSNL connection one month back. There is a lot of connectivity problems almost every day. I vendor don't allow us to pay online. That's why we have to pay offline to him but after paying he is refused to give me payment receipt.
