  @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

  @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

  @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

  @BSNL_JK It has been 8 straight days without Internet. BSNL fiber is out of service and the service provider is busy selling wires to the affected people, making money and not responding to genuine demands. I want to disconnect my connection. Kindly help for the same.

  Airtel service continues to be in sham No net or even a net work in pune in my airtel connection Even BSNL performance is better Only prompt in sending communication for recharge I feel not only cheated but had to suffer on account of No net disrupting important work

  @BSNLCorporate I have taken roaming sim for UK. I have topped up as per reqmt of every 90 days. has it been changed to 28d? If so, how do I recharge it on bsnl online? I am not getting OTP to login into the app.
