    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @JioCare Iam trying to Port from Bsnl to Jio from 3 days but still UPC code is not generating from bsnl side ! I kindly request concerned authorities to respond with SOLUTION.

    @OfficeOfRSP sir, why our government property in the telecommunication section is still running so bad why BSNL is still so bad service provider ... I think it's time to put it on the fire n provide a better service . Thank you

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Can you Just Give me Fiber Connection From Direct BSNL Office so i don't need to face any 3rd Party Issues.. Also, They Try to Down BSNL Image for Connectivity, by saying problem from BSNL always.. Please Do Fast Action!!!!!

    @nilambariips Ma'am, with due respect, it is only BSNL which is surviving even in this condition, perhaps you don't know the reality, a company which got no major capital investment since long, still running on 3G, don't have much finance for network expansion. Contd...

    @BSNLCorporate He called with the same answer " Service not available in your area". If BSNL could not provide, where else common man would go. BSNL Fiber can reach Andaman but cannot reach person on mainland. Pathetic. Shameful.

    @DoT_India we are not getting 4G service of BSNL in Kolhapur Circle Maharashtra I have make complaint they told me about tender service which I am not satisfied when we get this 4G service? and when they are providing 5G service the internet speed 3G is 2G like coverage issue
