    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_KOTD Me bankura bsnl office called 91 3242 241 700 and expressed his regret and said that the problem of internet speed will be fixed very soon but in reality bsnl could not do it due to which our recharge money is being wasted.

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    @TRAI Most comman and poor people of India use BSNL sim in a normal keypad mobile phone.But when such a person from village comes to Delhi NCR region,the signal in his mobile gets lost as BSNL network is not supported in keypad mobiles.this is a major problem only in BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I have replaced sim cards of two of my bsnl prepaid connections today at North Gate, Agartala, Tripura BSNL CSC. The officials said everything is correct and within some time new simcards will have network. It's been hours already still no network on any simcard.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, Thanks for immediate response. Kindly arrange to attend the fault tomorrow. For the past one year, when I complaint they attend the fault after 4 or 5 days , but with in one week or ten days again problems. Please Rejuvenate BSNL as Best Servicing Network Leader.

    @AdityaD_Shah As I remember BPL and Hutch were oldest GSM mobile service started in 1998. All other GSM operators joined afterwards. Dhirubhai Ambani's Reliance was first CDMA service provider in year 2000. Then BSNL CDMA was started with GARUD to switch over to GSM services. Thanks

    @BSNL_TN Sir, In my house we are using BSNL land line since 1980 at Sembanarkoil Exchange/Mayiladuthurai. We also now have BSNL Optical Fibre separately. My land line number 04364 -282544 is not working properly for the past several months. Very poor service. Kindly help

    @BSNLCorporate unable to recharge BSNL tariff due to technical issues, from 27.1.23 to till now. My out going call already stop, no online or offline recharge possible in our area. Please take a necessary action. Pin 735221.

    @AdityaD_Shah BSNL cellone students plan then Vodafone (can't forget about scam value added services & rude customer care) then idea for long time then ported to Jio (not a happy customer but better than idea experience towards end).
