You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 months’ advance payment so that customers can’t even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then “Digital India” is truly in safe hands. Kindly resolve the issue instead of ignoring customers. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH

Only BSNL offers, which work on god grace, with no reliability. I tried Airtel and Jio. They only offer air fiber, and when they visited my house, they also refused, saying the network is weak. I live near a major hot-spot. I don’t understand what the issue is.
