    @BSNL_JK says ‘Come out from home and pay bills’ @BSNLCorporate disconnects broadband and landline services in Kashmir A group of people outside bsnl office Srinagar said " Due to internet issues, we can't pay online & our connections were disconnected without any notice".

    BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE is the worst service providing agency i ever have seen. The frequent disconnection problem prevails from last 8 months. Despite repeated calls, mails, hardly have any change on my connectivity status. @SyedAbidShah @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciate your prompt response, i have done tons of followups with my local exchange, although i was the first customer for bsnl in tral to use broadband back in 2008, had to disconnect because of poor service and zero query response... @Bsnl_Kashmir @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK @TRAI @DoT_India Bsnl App totally not working , fed up with service of bsnl , porting out my number.unable to recharge pay bill/view bill /prepaid recharge. Itz worst among all and of no use.

    @rsprasad Sir, Complaint registration number is 1049848974 had been given by bsnl many days ago. Today I received a sms by the said department that it has been solved. I called customer care & replied that can’t help. So requests your self look this matter!

    From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

    Due to technical errors bsnl broadband is also not working in Tral from last 3 days so it is becoming very difficult for us to to verify the original docs at facilitation centre at GDC Tral for the PMSSS Scholarship 2019-20. Since the last @JKgrievance @SyedAbidShah @shahfaesal

    @BSNL_JK sir bsnl tower at Aru valley pahalgam is not functioning since last two weeks ,we are fed up plz look into the matter as we have this only one source of telecommunication We lodged several complaints but all in vain plzzz pllllz solve our problem immediately or never!😢

    Communication gag has been reimposed in Kashmir. Mobile Internet and calling services have been shut down. Only @BSNLCorporate is working rest @airtelindia @JioCare @VodafoneIN @Idea switched off there network to promote Bsnl in valley

    @ahmedalifayyaz I am reminded of 2014 floods, every alarm bells failed, people at helm of affairs was heard saying Govt is nowhere, administration has failed, I was surprisingly making alarms for rescue required in area but for deaf ears of administration. BSNL could never restore services

    @shahriyarsyed1 @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate My BSNL modem runs at 2G speed, and the network line comes and goes. Its ridiculous.

    @airtelindia India's biggest fake network Airtel. In Bangalore Airtel 4G & 5G is very 3hrd class. Airtel should first provide 3G service properly. Such a 3hrd class network. In indoor, Airtel 4G & 5G can't work. Such a bogus & joker network Airtel. BSNL is much better than this

    But can't use due to network coverage. Please instruct to first focus on increasing the network coverage. Many people want to shift from other telecom operator to BSNL. This is my humble request, please work on the network coverage of BSNL.

    @BSNL_KOTD As usual it gone again! My Landline Telephone No. 033-24076706 very frequently goes out of service and sometimes complaint is closed without rectifying the faults. Nobody cares. It has now becomes a burden to me. BSNL authority has become absolutely Deaf and Dumb!😡

    @CMDBSNL service quality of BSNL is very very poor AMBARNATH EAST 421501, Area in which Network connectivity is very poor, mobile numbers of such area are not to be put in list of GP 1 and GP 2 for not recharging . Till the time services are not improved of that area .#BSNL

    @BSNL_OR I am customer of Bsnl since 15 year under Godbhaga Telephone Exchange, Attabira, Sambalpur. When electric power shut off, all connection (Mobile Network, Broadband, Optical Fibre ) failed under this exchange, because battery backup not working since more than 1 yr.

    @BSNLCorporate Hey BSNL i have raised complaint through self service as my BSNL broadband completely out of order But the status of compliant shows resolved but strangely my issue is not resolved Compliant no 130884305982
