It’s difficult to file IT returns & pay self assessment tax. It takes half an hour to open the site & payment.

Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. I recommend BSNL FTTH.

Also if we call ur cust care 1503, it is not connecting. Raised multiple complaints, but comps were closed w/o rectifying the issue. Are u ppl not ahamed to post this, with such issues.
