    @rsprasad Jio phone, Jiofiber, Jiofi in every house. BSNL on death bed. Call drop is around 90%, 3G not working still I am paying for that. Whatever you do to improve BSNL the money will go to top bosses. Better don’t waste taxpayers money. Auction BSNL and be happy.

    @AbhijeetDGupta @BSNLCorporate The best way Abhijeet to close account with BSNL is to leave as - is. It will eventually get disconnected. Now, when you do this - they will send you bills with fines. Don't pay. Let them fix the bills and process. I will help you sue them if they don't do their part.

    @drkamalgarg1064 @AskAnshul Sir, Jet Airways is a private firm. The reason Jet is going through the phase of bankruptcy is because of poor decisions by the chairman. BSNL and MTNL are working fine. At least check the tweet of BSNL CEO for your satisfaction.

    @rsprasad @PMOIndia request to ask BSNL to remove puf limit & increase the speed of broadband for lock down period so people can spend good time at home as a good gesture.

    Please auction BSNL, top bosses don’t want to run this. PSU is Kamdhenu for them. Providing free data but 3G is not working. What is the use. Call drop is almost 100%

    @BSNLJHARKHAND Tried once again to have faith on BSNL service and got service of FTTH at residence. Sorry to say if disconnect few days in every month, what one should do. Unfortunate. Better close BSNL.

    @rsprasad I have applied for BSNL FTTH Connection on 23rd September and got FTTH no -2960413 from bsnl head office,ranchi. It's has now been a month but i have not got my connection installed. Sir kindly look into it and help me out.

    Day #17 no response from the @BSNLRANCHI SDE BSNL RANCHI Ajoy Kumar has directly denied to get the repair work done upon calling him on his no. +91 94311 34888 no initiative done even from @BSNLCorporate automated messages would solve the issue of the consumers @BSNLCorporate

    @rsprasad Sir, BSNL technical staff are repeatedly asking for money for fibre optical cable. They say without paying a amount of Rs 15000/- They will not give me bharat fibre connection. Please help sir.

    @NalinisKitchen Crony Capitalism is the reason - Modi ji wanted Ambanis to flourish hence created Monopoly not just that gave towers belongs to BSNL to Jio not just that delayed BSNL 4G plan to favour Jio. Now customer doesn't have many options like in the past, there were atleast 23 players then now only 2. So crony capitalism and corruption are biggest cancer of india

    @pupNkitten Fair point on the crony capitalism, but BSNL's decline is deeper than just Modi. BSNL's performance was subpar even before 2014—it suffered from decades of poor management and slow modernization. While the current government's approach certainly hasn't helped, to say it was 'killed off' ignores the fact that BSNL was already seriously compromised.

    @Jeetuburdak @JioCare @reliancejio Yes worst network 🛜... Switched to BSNL... BSNL 3G 🛜 faster than JIO 4G... Parents also Switched to BSNL. They r not using internet why spending unnecessary 💰..

    @NalinisKitchen After installation, they offer zero customer service. At least BSNL was better you could talk to a real person who actually solved problems, even if they charged for it. These telecom giants only give robotic replies and endless apologies from call center agents with no service.
