    The state of affairs of @BSNLCorporate is such that in today's world a customer has to visit the office far away frm his place to offer an officer some bribe to restore a connection. And ppl wonder why the financial position of BSNL is worsening.

    @rsprasad Sir, Complaint registration number is 1049848974 had been given by bsnl many days ago. Today I received a sms by the said department that it has been solved. I called customer care & replied that can’t help. So requests your self look this matter!

    @BSNL_JK says ‘Come out from home and pay bills’ @BSNLCorporate disconnects broadband and landline services in Kashmir A group of people outside bsnl office Srinagar said " Due to internet issues, we can't pay online & our connections were disconnected without any notice".

    Communication gag has been reimposed in Kashmir. Mobile Internet and calling services have been shut down. Only @BSNLCorporate is working rest @airtelindia @JioCare @VodafoneIN @Idea switched off there network to promote Bsnl in valley

    @ahmedalifayyaz I am reminded of 2014 floods, every alarm bells failed, people at helm of affairs was heard saying Govt is nowhere, administration has failed, I was surprisingly making alarms for rescue required in area but for deaf ears of administration. BSNL could never restore services

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_JK @Bsnl_Kashmir @BSNLCorporate @bsnl Dear Bsnl team it has been more then a week i am writing to you to check why my broadband is not working but no one is interested.i also contact the area senior manager of bsnl everyday but he also is not doing any thing.

    Due to technical errors bsnl broadband is also not working in Tral from last 3 days so it is becoming very difficult for us to to verify the original docs at facilitation centre at GDC Tral, Had to travel to awantipora to tweet this @JKgrievance @SyedAbidShah @shahfaesal

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciate your prompt response, i have done tons of followups with my local exchange, although i was the first customer for bsnl in tral to use broadband back in 2008, had to disconnect because of poor service and zero query response... @Bsnl_Kashmir @BSNLCorporate

    B S N L Boring Service Network Lazy Now days in JKUT Exams are on wards n students has to send papers through net work since so called Bsnl is public sector orgns.pvt coy's are dependent is this not injustice with students net work is dead i think its slavery trtm

    @aravind Actually, I have been using BSNL and/or Airtel internet for the past 20+ years and have hardly faced any disruptions, less than 10-15 days max in total over the entire time. That too only 2 times of 3 days of only one of them, never both simultaneously. I have heard of net disruptions from users of other network providers though like Hathway, Jio, etc. Many times, just the prepaid phone net was enough as a backup and on the go. There has only been a steady increase in bandwidth and quality over the years. No complaints at all whatsoever as a prolific user of the internet.

    Mr.Maan Singh jee Rourkela is the concern person not responding my phone call. Kindly suggest So many times follow up taken by me in Our local BSNL office in Rajgangpur. Mr Aamir is the concern SDO here.He is also not able to resolve my issue of security refund

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @PMOIndia Voice Service that comes with BSNL FTTH plan is not working as vendor not configured voice on my router/ONU. Asking for the same since last 15 days but my request is being delayed. Even after multiple follow-up with vendor on call and whatsapp.

    @FactswithDinesh BSNL is already doing great in remotest parts of India , I have see starlink service in US it’s pathetic and too slow and unreliable

    @CMDBSNL Can you please address the issues with you website for online payment for the Landline and FTTH? I pay for Jaipur (for may parental home) and Gurgaon nos. but you cant pay together for both and even for individual one by one. BSNL deserves better portal. @JM_Scindia
