    @BSNLCorporate I said that he has a prepaid connection of BSNL and since 2 months he is facing network issue in his area. The network connection is not working properly. I unable to use the internet connection due to network issue call not going any number no network my area.

    @GooglePayIndia Issue: I have been using Google pay for more than one year.. with my secondry slot bsnl sim, which is attached to most of my bank accounts... Primary sim is of jio , that I use for calling and internet.. bsnl number is very old and I don't wana change it. Now I reinstalled g-pay

    @BSNL_KL When complaints are lodged via your automated phone system using #198 how long should we have to wait before the issue is resolved. When will BSNL ever get their landlines working. Everyday their lines are at FAULT. What exactly is the purpose of having a landline?
