@hkonn In 2 years that I used BSNL as broadband, I had almost 60 complaint reference no. for record with me. Plus I had to give occasional diwali holi Christmas gift to technicians in routine. Now with private Jio, 0 complaints in 10 months.

@BSNLCorporate Is there any initial payment required of Rs 2950 (non-refundable) to set up BSNL BHARAT FIBER. In my locality one of BSNL employee demanded of such amount to setup the fibre of Rs.599 plan. Help me to setup fibre at pin 283121.

They are worse..... their solution is not good governance, it is simply to sell off the Public Sector and Assets 😢 Try going to a BSNL office now.... Share your experience 👍

@hkonn BSNL is in trouble. It should be. Yes they gained market share and rightly so. I paid 1500/month to Airtel. All this time this was too much cost. So yes, I am in favor of that.
