What BSNL is to telecom, @Flipkart is to ecommerce. @amazonIN manages to take brownie points through their impeccable service. In past 1 year out of 100s of orders barely 1 or 2 have ever been delayed. @Flipkart in past 11 orders 9 have been delayed.

@BSNL_BR Are you accepting that in a town area you can't provide a BSNL Fiber connection to a user just because no other wants your service? Please confirm. By the way I had tried your air Fiber connection but there is too much noise in the signal. Regards, Rohan

@gouravrai938 M/s BSNL has provided 2G coverage where as 4G coverage is provided by M/s RJIL. M/s Airtel, M/s VIL and M/s RJIL has done Optimization also for better mobile coverage for resolving complaint. This has approval of Competent Authority. Accordingly, this ticket is closed. (2/2)
